I have a friend who has a total of four university degrees (one of them from Harvard). Get ready for this. He's a born-again Christian and believes in Creationism and the rest of the claptrap that goes with it. Go figure.

If he is your friend, you would not talk such of him. Are you sure he is wrong?

Are you sure you're on the right planet, Intrepid? Go home for Christmas. Peace.

Hey, MA. I've got several university degrees hanging on my wall. I'm also a born again Christian (and a <gasp> Republican). What planet am I from?

No, I suspect there's a hole or two in your theory.

Merry Christmas.

i managed to download part 1 of "18 pounds of unclean chitlins" by guitarist Mel Brown from a blog. (i suppose that makes 9 pounds of unclean chitlins. Razz)

anyway, record has been unavailable, except second hand, for over 30 years, neither as cd or Mp3 download, so it's a nice Xmas surprise for me. Very Happy

Wondering whose degrees are hanging on TicoM's wall.

Weird.

Why would he do that?

hmmmmm........I guess what made me smile today was actually seeing the sun for a few minutes today. It only makes rare appearances these days.

ok, so it doesn't take much Laughing but it's been like living on another planet lately with the weird weather.

It made me while when I told the man behind the food-counter in the train to have a nice day, sincerely, and he looked me in the eyes and smiled and thanked me, warmly. He had been a robot until that moment.
