Gus - small problem of the Post Office finding your place. I sent the cake (the one with the file in it) - but it was returned! (the file, that is - the cake was gone!)

I forgot to mention here that Monday was really cool. I went to the Sziget festival with my Croatian friend and through a bunch of SMSs met up with two of my colleagues as well: he's really cool, she's actually kinda cute.

We had good time - this festival is amazing. Not so much cause Nick Cave, Fishbone and Roots Manuva were playing (NC was impressive, Roots pathetic; and there were too many people to even get near the stage Yann Tiersen was playing). But more cause of the bewildering array of other stuff going on: from a metal stage and the rock-bottom outpost of the "End-station Klub" in Szombathely to a Roma folk music stage, from some a capella Celtic singers on a big stage to a disco floor to dance to the cheesiest tunes on; some kind of art zone where you could fool around with interesting video art installations, an open-air cinema and everywhere in between people camping out or mulling about in all kinds of secluded corners, outdoor cafes etc.

Amazing how everything that was offered was just lapped up, too - even Roots. They really know how to get all you can from something, cute really. Never seen a more elated bouncing mass of people than at the Pannonia All-Star Ska Orchestra gig.

Most of all tho it was just fun to hang out with the four of us and be glad. Pretty much what everyone was doing ;-)

Another nice walk in the woods. Great excersize, too. <biggrin>. Remembering scenes from the 40-Year-Old Virgin.

Soz, it was the funniest thing I've seen in a long time. I don't want to give too much away. It's best to see fresh, I think.

All I know about it is the NYT review (completely sold me) and this picture on the Yahoo homepage:

Which gets me laughing everytime I see it.

Oh and the fact that I already love Steve Carell from the Daily Show.

I have a feeling I'm really going to love the waxing scene.

I have not smiled today, nor do I plan to.

My wife and kids all slept in because today, the second day of school, is a late start day. Sad (thank God for teachers unions - not!)

I get to commute to work every day and fight the retards. Sad

I get to go to work at a company that is likely going to get rid of my job in the next month or so. Sad

I come back after an absence to find A2K even more overrun by left wing screwballs intent on ruining everything any real American fought or worked for. Sad Sad Sad

A soon-to-be four year old boy, who totally loves Spiderman, and will also be living with me soon gave me a GIGANTIC hug to say good-bye for the day.....totally trusting ~ he literally jumped into my arms, threw his legs up for me to catch and cradle him, and proceeded to slap a big, sloppy kiss on my cheek.....

I'm still smiling..... Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy
