The people of Afghanistan and Iraq, not to mention Saudi Arabia and any other country the US/western coalition of countries blamed for 911 had nothing to do with the collapse of the three WTC towers.

The US did not blame Saudi Arabia for 9/11.

As for the people, so what?

The people of Hiroshima and Nagasaki had little to do with the atrocities that WWII Japan was inflicting on the world.

Hiroshima and Nagasaki were still legitimate military targets.

The people of any of the numerous countries the US/western coalition of countries rushed to blame for 911 had absolutely nothing to do with the physical collapses of the three WTC towers, WTCs 1, 2 and 7.
