Of course OBill, if we accept your assessment of how presidents are elected in the USA, then we have to have the discussion about why Candidate A was more likeable than Candidate B.

Charisma Foxy. Non-political charisma. I'm no lady so I wouldn't make the best judge, but couldn't you also make a case that the best looking candidate won every race too?

Of course you'd win in a hyper-anything contest. Way more experienced with:
Hyper-PC
Hyper-Partisan
Hyper-Gay (oops, that kind of humor is probably frowned upon on this thread)
Hyper- Razz

Hmmm - hyper is sooooooooooo in the eye of the beholder - at present, I'd say Bill wins on that one - but god defend me from ever seeing enough of either to be able to judge.

It just dawned on me that WWW doesn't stand for the U.S. Wide Web: It is safe for me to assume everyone recognized the young Senator from Illinois, isn't it?

Laughing I was actually asking for the benefit of the foreigners because it still amazes me how in depth their knowledge of our system is.

Maybe if you read something other than Salon or that kind of anti-American, anti-traditional-western-value, anti-conservative dedicated bias, you would have a broader point of view Blatham.

Broader point of view?

Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing

You neocons wouldn't know a broader point of view even if your eyeballs were ripped out and that POV was shoved down your eye sockets.

If you want a broader point of view, perhaps the lame neoconservative insults could be put to rest first before attempting such a difficult task, Fox.

But then again, we all know what the rightwing point of view is, thanx to ol' Ann Coulter:

Quote:
"Right-wing pundit Ann Coulter referred to the 2004 Super Bowl halftime show performance featuring singers Janet Jackson and Justin Timberlake as "simulated interracial sex," claimed that college professors make controversial statements to get "laid by coeds with hairy armpits who probably don't like men," and called the presence of "girls" in the military "appalling" -- all in one night of cable news appearances."

A rightwinger's heroine, Ann Coulter.

Is this what you mean by a "broader point of view," Fox?

I heard that remark by her last night. It made me laugh because she was basically in a free fall and by the time she was done with that line she had managed to say that professors get laid by girls who don't like men. That's a feat in and of itself. I don't know why anyone takes her remarks as seriously informed opinion.
