Bullshit. Why would Jill Stein a Putin loving commie inherit all Bernie's supporters on Nov 8 is she can't seem to pull them up now for any of the polls????

The difference in Bernie's socialism and Jill's is Jill is a card carrying "Socialist" and Bernie isn't.

The only difference between Bernie and Jill is, Bernie wants Trump to lose so badly he is willing to compromise. Jill's campaign is built on promoting the exact same issues Bernie wanted to promote himself and to let the Democrats and Republicans fight it out without help from her. Both are admitted socialists.

@Blickers,
You continue to make stuff up. I never said the debate MUST be about anything in particular. I do believe that the Clinton's focus is and has long been almost exclusively on accumulating power and money and that both of them appear to be able to see no difference between their own benefit & profit and the public good. That is the central reason for my opposition, and I believe it is indeed a serious issue. That's all it is.

I can understaand that dedicated Chinton supporters might want all that stuff to just go away and disappear fron public commentary. However that does not appear likely.

@georgeob1,
You continue to make statements then deny you made them. You're the one who said that even if Russia did obtain the Emails we can discount the possibility of doctoring by the Russians because it's Hillary, so it had to be bad. Like the Russians would ever let an opportunity to further their interests by releasing doctored documents because it violated their ethics, or something. You're living in another world.

@edgarblythe,
Other than Bernie saying he is a socialist is Bernie a socialist. Not only is JIll a socialist; she's a "Scocialist".

Explain some form of Bernie's socialism showing up in any these committee he's been on:

I've been all over his website and nowhere does he call himself or is identified anywhere as a socialist or a Socialist.

He has always caucused with the Democrats and voted with the DP 90% of the time with mainly military spending being any departure. He ran on the Democratic Party.

He swims like a duck, he acts like a duck .....

He's in government. She is not. He makes compromises because of the position he is in.

@Blickers,
You're right he is, he has blinders on his eyes and his ears are stopped up with ear plugs. All the proof so far has shown Trump is the one may profit if he becomes president and he has definitely profited from his long career from his foundation and his from his shady double dealings with anything he touches. There has been no proof the Clinton's have profited from their foundation or anything else except speeches and regular things like that.

I figure George has a financial interest in making sure there is a conservative no taxes and no regulations president and congress and the supreme court and that is all that is important to him, period.

He didn't, he said he was a 'Democratic Socialist' which immediately put me off him. Socialism is by it's very nature democratic and needs no qualifier. It reminded me of rather nasty regimes like the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and the German Democratic Republic which are anything but democratic.

What he would have done to compromise his alleged socialism was to look Democrat enough to caucus with them, vote with them 90% of the time and get major support of Democrats running as a Democratic candidate for nomination as POTUS.

Is this when he springs the socialist thing on us? Nov 9th?

He not only "compromised" he "changed his spots."

@edgarblythe,
She may not be in government but she makes some noise, usually some kind of odd sympathy for Russia and Putin against Ukraine. She has accused NATO of surrounding Russia, she had a dinner with Putin and went off on a rant against the US while mentioning not a word about Russia's human rights abuses. Stein is no real alterative to Bernie Sanders.

Yeah, Jill Stein loves Putin so much that Trump might as well appoint her Secretary of State if he wins.

WikiLeaks Cancels Possibly Clinton-Related Announcement Over ‘Security Concerns’

Quote:
WikiLeaks has cancelled a much-anticipated announcement set for Tuesday, citing security concerns at the Ecuadorian Embassy in London, where WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange lives under effective house arrest in order to avoid extradition over rape allegations.

The announcement was widely believed to be the long-promised reveal of leaked emails from the Democratic Party that Assange has said will be devastating for Hillary Clinton’s campaign.

Before it was cancelled, Trump surrogate Roger Stone tweeted that — because of the announcement, apparently — Clinton would be “done” on Wednesday.

What exactly led to the announcement’s cancellation remains unclear. Assange historically makes his major pronouncements from the embassy’s balcony. It now appears that security concerns at the embassy have rendered his appearance impossible.

It looks like Assange will still appear in a video conference for a press conference in Berlin on Tuesday morning. It’s unclear if he will take that opportunity to make his big reveal.

We’re sure those with a fondness for conspiracy theories won’t make too big a deal out of this.

'Specific info' forces WikiLeaks to move anticipated announcement to Berlin

Perhaps.

All I know is this, never do I want to hear fox news and viewers go on about security concerns and "law and order" again. I mean the whole leak is coming from Russia in the first place, I don't see how anyone can trust it. Not to mention the conspiracies Fox News puts out up above.

I think you should go back a few pages to see what was actually written. Your statements above are false in several respects. I never expressed any opinion on whether or not the Russians might "doctor" some materials they may have hacked from Hillary's unprotected server, or the extent to which they might do it. Instead I noted that there was evidently a great deal of material that they might have got their hands on, and altering it might be either easy or unnecessary. That's it. Apparently you are having a hard time letting go of your previous errors on this point.

Wrong!!

This started off with this post from revellette:
Quote:
I mean Assange got his leaks from Russian hackers who have been known to doctor the material they get so anything coming from that source should naturally be thought suspect. But of course it won't, the average person don't really know or care about the nitty gritty of these kinds of stories and will just go for whatever headline will come out of WikiLeaks without considering source or the process.

To which you, georgeob1, responded:
Quote:
Some might argue that with Hillary you don't need to make this **** up. The verified material is ample.

Your response to revellette, where she said she was concerned that the October Surprise will be Emails obtained and doctored by the Russians. Your response clearly implies that the Emails should be considered as true, because the very fact that they supposedly come from Hillary means they have to be bad news, so the reader can assume that if the Emails are bad, that's proof enough that Hillary actually wrote them. That strongly implies that the Russians automatically will be telling the truth about any Emails they gave to Assange.

My point is that it is impossible to believe that a person who lived through the Cold War can conceivably think that Russians would ever let intercepted communications from the American government be released undoctored, to give the Russians the advantage. Somehow, you have achieved that degree of gullibility.

Worse than that if that person also stood on the wall and was himself a command officer among the cold warriors, as George was himself.

Well, there wasn't any announcement today, a lot of people stayed up to breathlessly awaiting it only to be told, they would be revealing at least one document a week for the next 10 weeks.

Trump backers realize they’ve been played as WikiLeaks fails to deliver October surprise
