It's just amazing at how often you are completely wrong... that it's simply boggles the mind... you are either incredibly ignorant of the facts or you post these things on purpose knowing full well the truth... I don't know which but one is just as bad as the other.

Please tell us who is in jail then in circumstances similar to Clinton.

It is you that is completely wrong and ignorant of facts. Someone taking documents clearly marked classified is no where close to what Clinton is accused of doing.

@giujohn,
Kristian Saucier - took pictures of classified areas of submarine with his phone which was banned on the submarine. Saucier knew he was not supposed to take photos but did it anyway. Several people testified to that effect. In the case of Saucier we have an instance of intent to take photos of classified areas while knowing he was not supposed to.

Locker room banter is meaningless and just a minor distraction from the real issues..Smile
For example- Obama and Hillary got 2000 US servicemen killed in the pointless Afghan war-

@Romeo Fabulini,
How did Obama and Hillary get 2000 US servicemen killed in the Afghan war?

Hillary voted to authorize action against terrorists and those harboring them. (Every Republican in the Congress voted for the same thing. You can't accuse her alone.)
Obama wasn't in the US Senate at the time.

@parados,
Quote:
President George W. Bush addresses the nation from the Oval Office, March 19, 2003, to announce the beginning of Operation Iraqi Freedom. "The people of the United States and our friends and allies will not live at the mercy of an outlaw regime that threatens the peace with weapons of mass murder." The Senate committee found that many of the administration's pre-war statements about Iraqi WMD were not supported by the underlying intelligence.

One of the few times I have written to a congress member, I wrote to Diane Feinstein not to approve the war. She did. They chased out the UN Weapons Inspectors to start the war.

LOL... and Hillary setup an illegal server to receive and send classified information in direct violation of state department rules and federal law... and in violation of official subpoena destroyed evidence.

If Saucier had tried the defense that he just didn't know what he was doing was wrong what do you want to bet that he would still be convicted. You're trying to defend Hillary Clinton who has been in public life for the last 40 years and knew full well that setting up her private server was in contravention of federal rules and federal law... and that's just downright pathetic.

Oh you of non facts.

Where is your evidence of Hillary destroying evidence? The FBI stated there is no evidence she did that. I will trust the FBI over your statements made without facts. You really need to stop relying on Brietbart and WND for your news. I suggest you read the actual testimony and statements of Comey.

Saucier personally took the photos even though he knew it was a violation.
He then compounded it by lying and trying to hide the evidence.
Quote:
One factor that may have led investigators and prosecutors to handle Saucier’s case more aggressively is the way he responded when confronted about the photos. Court filings say he initially denied he took the pictures. Prosecutors say he later smashed his laptop, camera and memory card and threw them in the woods.

On top of that, Saucier had a handgun not registered to him in his home, prosecutors allege. After the FBI and NCIS showed up to question him, he allegedly cleaned it with bleach and stashed it under the dishwasher.

“They love the obstruction charges,” MacMahon said. “What they look for is something that’s aggravating.”

The only thing giujohn has is his inability to understand facts. Having a personal server is not illegal. Classifying documents after they have been sent is not illegal. The FBI has not found Hillary guilty of anything. However, giujohn is better able to determine classified materials - from the information "not" available.

Beyond that, there is no proof her emails have been hacked.

Mr. Trump thinks a drug test is in order prior to the next debate.

Awesome.

I kind of want them to do one by way of his hair.

@ehBeth,
It's his MO.

Everyone pointed out that he sniffed, started energetically, and ended with a whimper.

So now he's accusing Clinton of that (minus the sniffing), and pushing for a drug test.

What moron.

@Real Music,
Rather than their hair, it would be more interesting to have psychiatrists/psychologists examine the brains of both candidates.

He doesn't really want a drug screen. It's just something to get his mouth-breathing crowd worked up.

@parados,
Are you purposely being obtuse you know full well that Clinton was issued a subpoena for her emails and after not before but after they received the subpoena they deleted 33,000 emails.

She violated federal law, NARA, by setting up her own server and violated state department rules by allowing sensitive information to be transmitted on an unauthorized server.

But then you're not really interested in the fact you just need an excuse to defend Hillary the liar.

@giujohn,
The real issue is whether her emails were hacked into. That leaves everybody guessing, because there's no evidence for it. That she deleted 33,000 emails is moot on its face.
That doesn't excuse her for deleting those emails after receiving the subpoena.
A guy who goes by the name of Guccifer claims he hacked into Hillary's email, but provided no proof.

Guccifer is now serving time in prison.

The "real issue" is that her server was unsecured, and the emails not encrypted. The fact that she had the server "scrubbed clean" while pretending to know nothing about how that happens, is even more damning, if you know anything about cyber security.

In her role as sec of state, it's ludicrous to assume that she had no knowledge of how it all works. How many advisers would she have had?
