@Real Music,
Except for 1, 12 and 13 above, the primary agenda of the Republican Party has been all the other items listed.during my entire lifetime. The others; 1, 12 and thirteen, are agenda items added by Trump.

@BillW,
1. I don't disagree.

2. In fact, I referenced number 12 and 13 specifically as "Today's" (Republican) party.

@thack45,
That doesn't change the fact that we voted for the NHS and you didn't.

@blatham,
Bernie folded and backed Biden—who is more right wing than Reagan.
That’s when he lost the whole movement.

You’re so dumb.

Reiterating that the enormous Bernie Sanders movement was largely based on Americans desperately trying to get universal healthcare—and Barack Obama with the backing of shadowy power brokers killed the movement on the eve of the South Carolina primary.

We are unable to vote for it.

Instead of Trump who is as right wing as Hitler.

Biden is not more right wing than Reagan.

Dumb is now the go to phrase instead of brainwashing.

Once a kid at school accused me of calling him dumb, I told my head of year that was a word only stupid people used, not part of my vernacular.

Your behaviour on A2K has been pretty much consistent throughout, attack the Democratic nominee regardless of who they are.

Clinton, Biden, Obama, every single one, the only thing you've changed is your jumper.

Instead of vocally supporting your crusader Dubya you're claiming to be super left wing, even more left wing than those of us who've joked with Jeremy Corbyn.

It's the most transparant act I've ever seen.

Sanders has been pretty consistent throughout this. He pointed out the real threat to democracy, peace and freedom that Trump is. The only president to ignore NATO treaties, a weak narcissist who will give all of Europe to Putin.

When Biden gave a green light to Netanyahu Sanders vocally and consistently opposed him both in Congress and in wider media.

What is really bloody stupid is pretending Trump isn't the biggest threat to American Democracy and World Peace right now.

@Lash,
None of you had a vote in the primary?

You did, you were outvoted.

Not enough of you wanted it, (and that's the boody Democrats, let alone the "kill the poor Republicans.")

And that was way way after 1946.

If you wanted it you'd have it.

And if anything is thwarting the will of the people it's your twisted electoral college and gerrymandered postal districts.

All of which benefit Republicans.

@izzythepush,
Your buddies here voted against him.

I donated money and went into neighborhoods, telling people about him. I voted for him twice but he was cheated by the DNC. They were taken to court for cheating him and the judge said they could cheat the primary if they wanted to.

I did everything I possibly could.

So did millions of other people.

The "enormous Bernie Sanders movement" occurred when he challenged Clinton in '16 – the Affordable Healthcare Act was passed in '10. There were no "shadowy power brokers", that's just another example of your relentless over-dramatization of everything. Parts of the bill were subsequently gutted by the courts in response to Republican and conservative lawsuits.

@hightor,
If you want to have an honest recounting of Biden’s statements, bills, and actions compared to his rhetoric, we can do that.

I know he pretends hard to support unions—but he effectively keeps them down.

There’s some slimy open racist, sexist, murderous **** in his history & in his present—widely available.

He’s a ******* genocidist.

@hightor,
The affordable care act is a joke.
It’s not affordable.
It has turned into an enormous insurance scam.

UHC is what we need.

And why don’t one of you tell me at this point how Trump could possibly be worse that IDF soldiers as congressmen, Israel owning Congress and editing our news, and a raging genocide which not only doesn’t attempt to avoid civilians—but actively targets civilians.

Muslims are already being marginalized by the Biden administration.

I don’t think you’re paying attention.

Biden’s crimes are happening now.
How can you ignore it?

The "enormous Bernie Sanders movement" was largely based on people like you wanting to pretend to be progressive, but working tirelessly to undermine the Democratic Party in any/every way possible.

YOU helped get Trump elected in 2016...and are doing your best to improve his chances of being elected again in 2024.

Don't blame it on me.

If enough Americans wanted UHC you'd have it.

(Maybe not voting for Bush and Reagan in the first place might have helped.)

If the Palestinians wanted freedom, they’d have it.
Where in their history did they decide they wanted this outcome?

If the German Jews wanted freedom, they’d’ve had it.

We are somewhere on a continuum leading to utter ruin.
At what point in history should they or we have done something differently—and what would that have been?

I think your cavalier disregard is a little cruel—and your ideas about everything being just as it’s presented surprises me. It would be lovely if it were so—but you must know it’s not.

You think NATO is preventing Putin from randomly launching missiles on you.
I think NATO pressed brinkmanship to Putin’s porch and caused the invasion of Ukraine on purpose.

I guess we’ll see.

@Lash,
I think MAD is stopping him.

I think you are parroting Putin's propaganda.

Free nations asked to join NATO, nations that until very recently had been dictatorships and vassal states of the Soviets.

Russia savagely put down separatists in Chechen with nothing from the West stopping him.

He then launched an attack against Georgia.

Then he poisoned British Citzens where I live.

You claim like the English village, but you've no problem with the KGB disposing of nerve gas in our hedgerows.
