The origin of the virus has been discussed for years, in the mainstream press, in the alternative press, and in Congressional hearings. The relationship between the CDC and the WIV was being discussed as early as April 2020. If a truly convincing case can be made for a lab origin it will be a newsworthy event. But as it stands now, there's no "slam dunk" – it's one of two competing theories and doesn't merit the sort of front page coverage that you want to see. As I've said before, it's not as if anyone other than the Chinese (who wish to save face) has much riding on the outcome. Both modes of viral exposure and transfer warrant our concern. I agree that nothing justifies Holocaust denial. But the Palestinians are not being treated disgracefully. If they ever agree to peace with Israel, the Palestinians will be given their own state.

I don’t expect him to be perfect, so I’m open to *proof* of negative claims. I just currently accept that he’s a major improvement over Bolsonaro.
