No, that is austrian slang rather insulting.

'grosskopferte' may be slang, but when i lived in vienna as a boy the word was used on occasion. the family i was staying with certainly belonged to the 'mittelstand' ; the 'pflegevater' was 'amtmann' with the german railways and a housekeeper looked after the family's needs, but certain slang words were used where appropriate. (btw. i lived on 'porzellangasse' next to a small park and only a short walk to the franz-joseph-bahnhof. when we visited in 2001 i noticed that a plaque commemorating a famous 'schauspieler' was next to the house entrance. can't understand why my name was not displayed ?). servus ! hbg
