It's too hard to tell He kind of walks like a duck! I’ve been reading quite a bit about them online. They’re very social birds. You can’t just leave him in is cage.
Some people write that these parrots single out one person and stick with that person. I’ve read they like spending their time in small family flocks in the wild. Caesar pretty much likes being around all of us equally.
Oh we nip it in the bud real quick when he gets bossy. He enjoys sitting with us on the sofa when we’re watching a movie, when he starts getting bossy we put him on his perch!
Here he is again, he knows he's a big part of the family and he has to be around at least one of us when we're home. When we're out of the house and he's in his cage he knows we're gone and he behaves. I have a web cam on his cage and I can watch him from my iPhone.
He's content and quiet but the minute we get home he wants out of his cage.

I will admit I’ve grown attached to the rainbow-feathered pigeon.
These Macaws are not for just anyone. Having one is the equivalent of having a one-year-old child in the house.
Birds are wonderful, you see how social he is, he looks like he's doubling down on people speak. He's probably trying ernestly to be able to join in the conversation. What a cutie.
