I have a bad cold - and it is Monday morning. Blocked nose, a headache and office. Not a good combo....

I found out this morning a guy I know(but wasnt close friends with)died yesterday from the injuries he got from a car crash around new year.

Horrid news, I dont think he was even in his 40's.

me too, I'm thinking about skipping the office part. Another advantage of working at home - it's close to the bedroom.

I am back in office and even more miserable than yesterday. But there are a series of very urgent management meetings today ( we have to decide the fate of a $6 million spend) and I just could not have stayed at home.

God, I am just so miserable that in the meeting I would be talking in 4 letter words only.

feeling selfish today against my will. i'm painting a portait of a woman looking out the window at a phoenix flying over an apartment complex. the woman was supposed to be my friend - painting is a gift for her 30th birthday. true that i don't have any photo with me, i'm just going by memory, but the more i try, the more she looks like me. the best autoportrait ever, when i don't want one. grrrrrrrrr.
