Talk abut creating a population of paranoias where everyone must be thinking at all times of how this or that action might in some way or in some manner offended all possible groups even when that action have zero to do with any group other then friends.

An the student who hung that noose should had been told it was a dumb thing to do and used better judgment in the future when you come up with a cute idea but not leave the campus until next semester.
