CJoint says it just takes one senator. Wrongo wrong. As I understand it, it would have to voted on and passed by BOTH houses of congress. And there is NO none zero nada chance of that happening. It's never happened before, for good reason. You can fantasize about it all you want, it won't happen.

right. Already, in the Texas case the 5 focus states have all sent communication to the USSC to remove their state from the case as assignees.
(We all know how that went)

As you said, it would take a VOTE OF CONGRESS and how many states have already voted FOR BIDEN and have certified their counts (And none of whom were targeted by Rudy's REVENGE)

I predict that 1 or 2"rogue electors" will vote the way they feel and it wont bear a jot or singl tittle.
