I'm not talking about traffic obstructions. I guess you don't drive on the freeways too often. I find people driving much slower than the legal speed limit, and they become the obstruction.
Been there; done that. 50mph belongs in the parking lane, except they don't have a parking lane - unless you count the 10 from 4:30 to 5:30 on weekdays. That is one long parking lane.
I hear ya. My little Focus does okay, more or less, on the hills, but if someone knocks me out of the best operating range if means at least one downshift.

I purchased this from a local capybara farmer about five years ago, and part of the $7500 price included him 'pimping it up' for me, but since he took the cash I have seen neither hide nor hair of him.
