Toyota has new battery and won't start

Toyota Highlander was working fine. It sat for a weekend and then wouldn't start. Everything electrical comes on, but the engine won't turn over, even with a jump start on the battery. Tried a new battery and it still doesn't turn over.

@kathrynl,
If it doesn't turn over at all, and you may just be hearing a clicking noise, it may be your starter.

@kathrynl,
Kathy, when all your lights are on and you turn the key to start, do they dim

Doubtful. Think Infra above on track. Still could be loose connection somewhere

So again Kathy, when you turn the key is there any change at all in the lights etc
