I've never understood the blind ones. It seems to me blind children are LESS likely to get hit by cars, because they're smart enough not to go running around. I mean, they can't see. You'd have to be mentally handicapped to be blind and running around outside, especially where you hear cars.
Or brail on bathrooms? Like they're going to see anything if they go in the wrong one.

TV I can understand. I mean, the sound is half of it, and if I were blind I'd be too lazy to read, so there aren't too many choices for entertainment. I would listen to TV.
Honestly, I'd probably have my wife do it. If she ever complained I'd just look shocked, and she'd feel bad.

We negroes are already considered racially handicapped. Maimed animals don't get to ride in wheel chairs.
