well, i had no need for motrin, tomato juice or the like. just stuck with beer and mixed no other drinks with it. it seems that many others didn't follow my lead, the streets are deserted this morning.

i think they rang in the new year a little too lustily, and are now dealing with the ringing in their heads Crying or Very sad

What's it like? Deb won't say. Are there robots to clean up after you? Teleporters? Have "they" landed? Is the world clean and automated and peaceful, or is it a post-apocalyptic wasteland? (Okay, I've seen Road Warrior, I already know what your answer to that last one is. God I hate waiting...)

the tomato juice thing is very interesting.

one could assume that if in fact tomato juice helps with hangovers, one could theoretically down gallons of bloody mary's and be none the worse for wear.

of course, field testing must be conducted to prove or disprove this theory. in the name of scientific progress i shall submit myself to test this theory. oh, the things i do to better mankind. Very Happy

I would expect that gallons of tomato juice would introduce its own set of complications... to say nothing of all that celery and horseradish.

Hmmmmm pueo, interesting deduction! Would you please test it out now and report back here as soon as possible? It's nearly 3 p.m. New Year's Eve here, and Bloody Marys might be just the thing to use for celebrating. Might as well drink that yucky tomato juice now instead of waking up with a headache tomorrow and drinking it then.

I'll be waiting for the report.
