Millions of years.

Jesus spoke his words about 2000 years ago; but they were retroactive. Somehow I don't think millions applies. Whatever pops yer cork, I guess.

Jesus' statement of mercy is as much a part of the Bible as is the severity of the OT. You don't believe either. So why are you bellyaching?

That's one of the reasons people like neo is confused; he expects us to prove his god exists - because he can't! It seems that having to believe in any god requires divorcing oneself from logic and common sense. A malady of the brain.

They can twist and bend it any way they choose - It ain't happening for them. It's sad to see. I sometimes feel sorry for them.

No, he didn't. he never existed.
He is just a symbol , as are lots of things in the bible.

Actually...anybody making an assertion that gods exist...or there are no gods...bears a burden of proof.

Best not to assert in either direction.
