It is hard to reach Americans regarding America. It’s not a place so much as a mindset. For myself, I got out of that mindset quite by accident, but it also took some effort. When confronted by contradictions that made me uncomfortable, I did not stuff them away and ignore them.

If you're an American, I want to know how you've addressed these "tough issues", and government policies you disagree with, in the real world.--not in needling comments on some totally insignificant forum board.

Obviously, your constant harping on certain things implies something should be done about those things. So, what are you doing, in the real world, to address those issues?

Note the use of language here. Innocent is a very subjective term, you can use it to define what you want. Also only people murdered by dictatorships, presumably, those murdered by individuals or terrorists don't warrant condemnation.

Your childish trolling on an insignificant forum site will never change anything going on in the world.

I might start listening to you when you propose some realistic solutions to the issues you keep raising, and some ideas on what people might actually do to achieve change.

Anybody can point out problems, JTT, the really "tough issue" is how to go about creating change. You're big on finger-pointing, but not much else.

To tell you the truth, I can't even begin to imagine how it is possible to stop the biggest terrorist nation/group in the world. But it is important to let people know that the US is that terrorist nation/group. It is important to disabuse folks who think the US is a force for good. It is not. It has never been.

Why don't you propose some realistic solutions? Are you satisfied with your letters? Are you satisfied having successive governments that continue to brutalize people, to steal their wealth, to murder them, to poison their children, to ... ?
