In this world laws are routinely used to abuse...."it's the law!" Does nothing to convince be that humans are behaving themselves.

Those who abuse it are criminals. If caught, they should be punished to the fullest extent of the laws.

It is illegal in every or almost every state to use a like detector or those who claim rape. Furthermore is is highly frowned on to do any questioning of the claim unless the lie is obvious.

The Republicans, and particularly their socially conservative, religiously fundamentalist base, are determined to exercise control over women's bodies and their reproductive and contraceptive choices. And it's hardly only feminists, or even only women, that reject and protest their agenda in that regard. And, with their abstinence only teachings/preachings, and their opposition to abortion, they're the ones trying to control people's sex lives, and trying to punish and shame women for being sexually active, in addition to what they are specifically trying to do to rape victims by limiting access to abortion and thereby forcing them to bear their rapist's child.

All dictitoral regimes agree with you. Men who believe in freedom however do not, as freedom demands that we are reasonably free from government as well as all control from others.the question on the table is whether current sex law is reasonable. You know where I stand on that.

Some great many accusations of rape made by some foster children angry at the system and abusing it exist. I call them illegitimate rape accusations. What do you call them, when some troubled 10 year old angry because she has to wait to use the Wii accuses 20 men of molesting her, then half of them cannot find a job, not because of any facts or proof or conviction, but merely because they were investigated. As a conservative, I say that if you wimps would kill convicted rapists, we would have fewer legitimate rape cases. A great many rape cases are not legitimate, because they do not result in a conviction. If a rape is legitimate, just kill the rapist, then rapists will stop breeding so quickly, and we can have these conversations much less. My daughter was raped by a Democrat, so you hate filled liberals trolling on any Republican, can go pound sand. The ten years study dealing with the two small mid west towns did used lies detectors and that study resulted in finding that around 40 percents of claims of rape was not true.

Of course i have repressed anger issues, so allow me to execute rapists. I will even dissolve them in a bath tub and dispose of their bodies. As I am an environmentalist, I would prefer to feed them on beaches nearby federal prisons, to the sharks. If is important to attract sharks to the waters off federal prisons on coasts and islands. We need capital punishment for legitimate rapes. A rape is only legitimate if there is a conviction. Otherwise it is just an allegation. Why do Democrats so love releasing convicted rapists?

I can not off hand think of any other possible statement that would be more of an understatement.

I do regret however the destruction of at one point was a fine label of feminists that once stood for anyone who consider women to be equal adults with equal rights and responsibilities.
