@ossobuco,
Ms. Fabulosa with the Big Tail and I have gotten into some sync if I provide her with the right feed.

This involves the feed packaging I last described, meeted out per vet office advice for weight loss, plus the odd tablespoon or two of pork adobo sauce (nothing bad). Personally, I think I'd jar at a dog kibble with blueberries and some adobo sauce, but hey, a new mole.

This has so far conquered the incipient ant problem since she scarfs it so fast.

Of course she acts deprived sometime later, as the quantity varies from her past.

@ossobuco,
Katy has a big lump, once thought of as possibly a lipoma (I've got her recent past files). They did a biopsy and no, just a fatty thing. She may be used to more fatty food. (I don't know if those are connected, where is Pdog?/I miss him anyway.)

@ossobuco,
Oh thank the goddess it's not a lipoma, osso!
You almost gave me a bit of a turn when I read your first few words. Phew! What a relief!

Yes, where is patiodog? I miss him, too.

@ossobuco,
Boy, did that visit with Sue work out well. Got Katy in for a short, trial visit and suddenly I was "Oh yeah, some guy on the other end of the leash". I gotta tell you, that dog does know how to work a crowd. She was like a politician the day before elections. Planning for longer visits in the future, since she does just fine around strangers.

@msolga,
Big Woof
I've never actually called her Princessa Caterina, but I like it
SweetiePie (blame Diane, I never ever would have said this before)
Sweets, which I blame on my former business partner, who was raised in Texas, rodeo, etc.
The last two are so not me.
Beautiful (that from me)
Love (that one is me, use that often)

Well, stay tuned.
I heard Roger call her Beautiful.

@msolga,
I thought a lipoma WAS just a fatty lump......?

@dlowan,
I dunno, but that'll make me research. I think I thought that too, but that is from years ago on my part. I was resting that it wasn't significant.

Let me say that the vet chart repelled a magnifying glass. (I'm used to m.d. charts, don't get me going). Anyway, the vet reassured me.

@ossobuco,
Oh I do like Big Woof!

Have you considered Honey Bunch?
Very affectionate name, I think. Wink

Do keep us posted on all the new names as they emerge, osso.
Amazing, how many names just one critter can have!

@msolga,
Well Honey Bunch was known to me, for Dys and Diane, for the hours after they made up, the way it was.

Not words much known to me in the past. I'm not from the southern u.s., so, unlikely to trip from my tongue. It's a big move for me to get to sweetie.

@dlowan,
It most likely is just a fatty lump, Deb.
But, knowing next to nothing about these things I imagined the worst. (Typical! Wink )
Anyway, I'm mightily relieved it's NOT the worst!
Phew.

Ha, Roger.
Sort of puts you into your proper place, doesn't it?
You can't compete with an animal ... outrageous scene stealers, they are!
I like this notion of many Roger & Katy travels & visits in the future.
There's real potential for book there, I reckon.: My Travels With Katy. Wink

@msolga,
That's true. Roger could write up notes on all this.
I would guess his writing would be spare but observant, as usual.

I was there but purposely stayed in the lobby, as we agreed, for a while, had a good book, and then was shown around, as agreed. I was fine with the place (says ms. picky). One thing at a time, re Sue, as Katy would know me.

Well, maybe. Now I don't think that is important, she would know everybody, especially if she wants treats, which she does as her diet has gotten smaller.
Basically, Roger doesn't want to worry Sue somehow, and for good reason.
He and I are good pals, but I don't figure now that that will be a concern. But, no hurry.

Lipomas are benign. Stay at rest.

@ossobuco,
I think you watch them just in case they start growing or something....but usually just fine. Some creatures just seem to be prone to them.

@ossobuco,
Someday, remind me to show you my notebook. I often travel with it, but it is not at all a personal diary.

@dlowan,
I'm at rest. I did notice the big, soft lump while giving Katy an assist into the car, and had to ask about it. I don't know if she needs a bit of help on account of being fairly elderly, or just likes being picked up and tossed into a car.
