So you measure yourself based upon me?

Not sure what gave you that idea...but I suspect it is a lack of comprehension...and an abysmal lack of being able to apply logic to a discussion.

In any case, I do not measure myself based on you...I have just recently started to engage you in discussion.

Does not sound like you are being truthful when you describe me...Or are you unsure about this?

I am being as accurate as I can in describing you. I am not unsure that I am being as accurate as I can be.

@Frank Apisa,
And I would say that I could be correct or incorrect...But I do not think I am uncertain about any of them...

Quote:
Is there a GOD (or are there gods)?

Yes...

Quote:
Do humans have souls?

Yes...

Quote:
Is there an afterlife?

Yes...

Quote:
If there is, do humans have to earn entry into that afterlife?

Yes...

Quote:
If there is, will some humans be denied entry into that afterlife?

They will not be denied...

@Frank Apisa,
When you say that you lack comprehension, and have intellectual laziness....but not as much as I do...That is measuring yourself based upon me...Nothing to do with me having an abysmal of lack of complrehension in discussions...

Do you say this because you think you know? Are sure? Or do not know?

If you could be correct or incorrect...YOU ARE UNCERTAIN.

Try to keep up.

@Frank Apisa,
Earth to Frank....Earth to Frank...!!!!

Nope, not at all...If you are uncertain you do not know...Or have no opinion...If you could be correct or incorrect...It means it could be either one...to someone...But that person is not uncertain about what they think it will be...they have an opinion...and have their mind made up about it...It is different...

When I said those things I was responding to more of your endless questions. I am not measuring myself compared with you.

That is about as illogical as anything I've ever read in A2K.

Either you know something for certain...or you do not. If you do not, you are uncertain.

If you hide the fact that you are uncertain and pretend that you are not...you are, at best, being disingenuous.

@Frank Apisa,
OK, do you think you lack comprehension? Do you think you could learn more logic? Do you think you have intellectual laziness? Try to keep me out of your answers this time...

I'll try to find it.

Don't even bother...Cause you missed my point...Even if he says it is not because of the Church, it does not mean he is telling the truth...about it

And if you meant the riddle, I do not need to see that I missed the understanding in one...go link the 20 I have solved...

Found it:

Here is the puzzle:

There are one thousand boxes and one thousand kids in the school.
The teacher asks the first kid to go to every box and open it.
Then has the second kid go to every second box and close it.
The third goes to every third box and, if it is closed, open it, and if it is open, close it.
The fourth kid does this to every fourth box, and so on.
After the process is completed with the thousandth kid; how many boxes are left open?

Here is your solution:

Zero boxes...
1000 Boxes...
First opens them all...1000 open
Second closes them all...1000 closed...
Third opens them all...
Fouth closes them all...
1000 is an odd number which would mean they would all be closed again...

C'mon, SM. Read the puzzle...then answer.

THINK!

@Frank Apisa,
People are not hiding the fact they are sure about what they think...They think something...And it is either going to be correct, or they will learn they were incorrect, if it is possible...

The hiding happens when someone like you...Does not take this leap...And try to perport your are uncertain...But then when others tell you what they are certain about...You tell then that it is not possible...It is intellectually dishonest at the highest level...and is disingenious...

We are talking about uncertainty, SM.

You said you could be right or wrong.

Then you are not certain.

If you are not certain...then you are uncertain.

Try to keep up, SM...this is the easy part.

@Frank Apisa,
Of course it makes it more intelligent...If someone solves 20 riddles and gets one wrong, because of the wording...You have no ground to stand upon...Cause you make it seem like I went to solve a riddle and was clueless...
