@Roberta,
The caboodle has landed! Friends came round and we put up the caboodle.....an outdoor run. For the cats. It has a place to play and nap near the top, a spiral staircase and a house with hammocks to nap in. Still have to put the shade/rain top on.....but they have had their first spell out there and seemed very happy.

Those caboodles look terrific.

Are you planning to let them stay out there when you go to work?

@dlowan,
This sounds wonderful. I remember you had a thread about outdoor cat spaces. Or maybe I did - it was years ago. Or maybe it was Robert.

@margo,
No, margo. It would be nice on pleasant days, but they'd be really vulnerable .

@vonny,
It's exactly like that! That's a mini caboodle, which is what I have. With the same stuff inside it.

@dlowan,
and (oddly? interestingly?) some now are sold with what looks like little life preservers

my friend B just bought one on the weekend - its puffy wrist strap is also a floatation device for the camera - I was tempted to toss it into the hot tub in her building to test it but she'd probably have cried

@dlowan,
The very lovely Sebastian climbed from the toilet to the windowsill to the top of the shower alcove to the top shelf of the bathroom shelving, where he has his very own nest, this morning. Then he decided to barf his breakfast all over me while I was cleaning my teeth.

High altitude vomit Olympics. I think he gets extra because I was already dressed for work.

Then I nearly lost MY non-existent breakfast!

The joys of cat ownership.

@dlowan,
Oy gevalt. (Bigger than an oy vey.) Of course you were dressed for work. Hardly worth the trouble if you're not wearing good clothes.

Feh and pooh.

Sympathetic to the bunny.
