NBC news ran some more on the story about how the insurance companies swindle their customers. Health insurance companies turn down 17% of the procedures that doctors order for their patients. The guy that had cancer and needed an operation that would cost $46,000 was turned down died a year later. That man's insurance policy would have cost $22,000 a year. If he had worked 40 years, he and his employer would have paid the insurance company $880,000. We will use that figure for arguments sake because it will have been a little less. Then after paying that insurance company says "they are not denying care" they are just denying payment. Of course, if the man had the money, he paid for the insurance he could have come up with the $46,000. The insurance companies like to deny car to cancer patients because they know they will not live without care. Where do you think the CEO's $22 million salary comes from.

How comfortable are you with a guy that is making $22 million a year deciding whether you will live or die? The CEO can decide to pay for your operation or sticking another million in his pocket. The CEO can justify not paying for your operation by saying they are going to die anyway why not save the company some money. After all everybody is going to die sooner or later. I am not comfortable with a guy that can pay for your operation or stick the money in his pocket. The CEO has a vested interest. The more money the companies saves the more money he can show he saved the company and the bigger his raise. The insurance doctors are paid based on how many operations they can refuse to pay for.

It should be a law that no private company can have a death panel. There is too much of a conflict of interest when a private insurance company can pad its bottom line by letting people die without treatment. Any insurance company that wanted to turn down treatment for patient should have to submit it to a private panel made of doctors who don't have a conflict of interest. The deck is stacked against the patient if the insurance company is the sole decider on a claim.

After I retired, I bought a second insurance policy to cover the 20% that Medicare does not pay. After my wife has a heart procedure the hospital will bill us another $5,000 beyond what the insurance pays. We pay $917 a month including Medicare. When we pointed out that we pay for 100% coverage they backed it down to $3,000. Finally, when my wife insisted, we owed nothing we had a 100% coverage they relented and told her she owed nothing, but they continue to bill it again after each procedure. I have to wonder how many seniors just pay the thousands of dollars because they were billed. The last time the woman said that Medicare would not pay for it, but they would just write off, but she never mentions the second policy. It is the medicine for the anesthesia they want to bill for. How can you have an operation without anesthesia?

The republicans tried to lie there way into the Whitehouse in 2020 but now they are finding the cost of their lies. Giuliani was found guilty of lying about Georgia election workers and had $148 million judgement against him. Giuliani is now trying to keep his Florida condo from being taken to satisfy the judgement. He is claiming it as his permanent residence. There is a provision Florida law that protect a permanent. If I am not mistaken Giuliani' law practice is in New York and the Florida condo would be a vacation home. Giuliani wanted to keep his witness list secret, but the judge denied it. I wonder if Giuliani ever things that lying for Trump was worth it. Nobody thinking person believed his lies.

In New Orleans they should have done a better job of protecting the intersections. Garbage trucks do a much better job of blocking intersections. When I run Wheeling 1/2 marathon, they still use garbage trucks to block certain intersections. They started blocking the intersections after the Boston Marathon was bombed. The first year after the Boston bombing even pocketbooks were not allowed. We live in a different world than the 1950's it is more dangerous, and it is not going to change. People now kill just for the sheer thrill of killing. It reminds me of an old Johnny Cash song where he said, "I shot a man in Reno, just to watch him die." We now have terrorists who want to make political change by killing people, serial killers who just enjoy killing for killing sake, and then we have mass murders who compete to see who can kill the most people at one time.

Seattle Washington raised the minimum wage to $20.42. Restaurants have gotten by with paying substandard wages for years and the taxpayers has been picking up the tab for years. The government has to subsidize their housing, provide health insurance, and food stamps so they can eat. One employer said she had to close down because of the law but still supported the law. She said it would cost her another $32,000 a year. One operation for one of her employees would cost taxpayers much more. That industry has shifted much of the cost of their employee to taxpayers for years. People gripe about welfare but often it goes to those who work a job every day but don't make enough to live on.

We now know that Trump is "a weak and feckless leader." The Green Beret that blew himself up left a letter detailing his motive. He said the "United States is terminally ill and headed toward collapse." Any time a country elects a known criminal and then the supreme court steps in to make him immune for any crime the country is nearing collapse. We are a country built on enforcement of our laws when our laws can no longer enforced the country will collapse. There can be no exceptions to our laws when you start setting up to classes of people, one that our subject to our laws and another class that is not subject to laws of the land you invite the collapse of the United States.

Elon Musk is trying to convince the German people to be anti-immigration. Why? So, he can get the immigrants to come over here. You can call them H-1a immigrants, but they are doing the same thing taking good jobs from Americans. Musk wants an even larger group of immigrants to choose from. It is the same game immigrants work for much less and will work any number of hours to keep their job. If Trump is going to stop immigration than stop all immigration not let Musk increase immigration while others are being driven out.

A new book titled "CCONTROLlIGARCHS: Exposing the Billionaires Class, their secret deals and the globalist plot to dominate your life." The author points out that America is no longer a democracy but oligarchy. In the end money corrupts everything. Trump cabinet is made up almost entirely of billionaires. Russia is also an oligarchy. Trump does everything in his power to overthrow the American government and faces no consequences. In Oligarchy the billionaire class is above the law. In America Reagan started the ball rolling with massive tax cuts for the ungodly greedy. Money is nothing if not political power if you allow it to become concentrated you will end up with an oligarchy instead of a democracy.

Did the supreme court grant civil liability to Trump also. We know that he was granted criminal liability while he is in office. Fox News was already sued for spreading Trump's lies and misinformation and had to pay $787 million. Trump was the source of those lies how come he did not have to pay $787 million. Trump continues to this day to repeat the same lies that Fox News was found guilty of spreading. If it was wrong for Fox News to repeat Trump's it was just as wrong for Trump to make them up and tell them.

Giuliani is twist in on a spit as they are looking to take everything, he had for telling Trump's lies Giuliani can't find the title for his car or his 6-million-dollar condo in New York. His prized Joe Demaggio **** has disappeared his social security has been stopped but Trump goes Scot free for the exact same false statements

Trump likes to claim that there were no guns at the insurrection the truth is that many people were armed with guns. This is typical Trump. That is how he operates he tells a lie and then repeats the lie until people believe the lie instead of the truth. When his followers hear the truth, they claim it is a lie. Mark Mazza caried two guns into the capitol he was sentenced to 5 years for carrying unlicensed guns. Almost all rioters were able to leave the capitol without being searched. If they had been searched, they would have found a mountain of guns.

Trump wants to declare an economic emergency so he can impose his tariffs. Trump's tariffs are nothing but a new tax on the middle class. Trump used the last tariffs $600 million to hand out to the farmers when the other countries retaliated with their tariffs, and they lost their markets. Many of their markets were permanently lost and will now have to be subsidized by taxpayers. These multimillion-dollar handouts of taxpayer money are great for Trump as it looks like Trump is personally hand out the $600 million. No wonder they vote for he robs the middle class to give away $600 million.

Trump tied to block the special prosecutors report of all his crimes, but the appeals court says that the report will be released. What is Trump afraid of we all know he swiped top secret material and discussed with foreigners. We know he tried to fix the 2020 election by pressuring elected officials. We know he was responsible for the Jan 6 insurrection. What we don't know is why he is not in jail?

Trump is fleecing his followers again now he is asking for even more money from his followers. Trump is not going to run for president again unless they can run him like a "Weekend at Bernie's." He is asking his followers to send him more money because he has been found guilty of 34 felonies. Trump has already raised far more than he needs for his inauguration. His followers are just like sheep they need to be sheared frequently.

Talking about the pot calling the kettle black. How did Trump do when a natural disaster hit during his first term in office? To start the disaster hit in China halfway around the world and America had by far the most number of death s and by far the most COVD cases in the world. China only had a fraction of the COVID deaths. When the Pandemic started Trump had the people from Wuhan flown back into America and spread all over America. China would not let their people out of their apartment. When you have a highly infective disease with a high death rate you treat them in place. Trump presided over one of the deadliest pandemics in history and finished dead last in the world.

The supreme court decision granted Trump immunity for official actions, but his attorneys are now arguing for immunity for nonofficial actions. This would make Trump the only man in America who was above the law. When laws were made, they did not say they apply to every American but Trump. If the supreme court grants Trump total immunity why would keep him from grabbing any woman's pu**y? Our system of laws depends on checks and balances. Lawfare is designed to keep a certain class of people above the law. This is one thing billionaires are pushing for; Trump would just be the first for a crooked supreme court to grant immunity.

It is easy to lie your way into office you can claim you are superman and can leap over tall building and that you are faster than a speeding train and some people will believe it because you said, and you would not "lie." But once you are in office people will expect you to leap over tall buildings. Trump claimed he would roll back prices on day one but now say it is hard to anything about inflation. Trump said he was going to deport all the illegal aliens except those that work in his businesses. The truth is it would take 100s of billions to deport the aliens and Trump is going to give all the money in tax cuts for his richest friends. The illegal aliens will be back in America before the plane that took them down there lands Trump can't do both, which do you think will happen. Trump whole agenda was nothing but lies.

Both Russia and China are closely watching Trump's potential land grabs. If Trump takes Greenland and the Panama Canal, China will take Tiwan, Russia will be justified in taking back the former Soviet Union countries. We have a treaty to protect Tiwan that will put us at war with China and the nukes will start flying and all because an idiot liar got elected president.

Trump has lived a long time beyond the average man. In America the average of death is 73.6 years. If Trump had died at the average age for men, he would have been dead 4 1/2 years ago, so Trump knows he is a short timer. Trump is a true psychopath he could care less if every American dies in a nuclear war with China. Trump will figure if he is going to die it is only fair that everyone dies with him. Anyone that thinks China and Russia are not watching Trump's antics with bated breath is a fool. If Trump starts grabbing other countries, they will do the same. The world boundaries will be meaningless if Trump helps himself other countries it will start WWIII. Trump is an idiot.
