Trumpism is a cult, if it walks like a cult and talks like a cult, it is a cult. This is the first time that a cult has successfully taken over the US government and cults are hard to kill, it like playing whack a mole.

They believe they can use the voter’s anger to get the base to the polls next election. They are like the murder that uses a knife they found in the house to commit his crime.

Sending mobs to force governments to do your biding is a bad habit and shows that Trump did not learn anything from the Jan 6 insurrection. The Trump mob was also planning to kidnap and murder the governor of Michigan before.

I’ll bet the law school that crazy Sidney went to has erased her from their list of alumni. We were given time off to vote on election day but many have a job that would prevent them getting to the poles on election day. Early voting gives them a chance to vote. Restrict it and it will discourage many from voting. Limiting the number of places where votes can be collected will stop others. One republican county restricted it to one collection box in the whole county and would require a 50-mile car ride to cast your early vote. For people who don’t own a car this is a major road block to voting. These changes were a solution in search of a problem. We all know it is inner city dwellers who are less likely to own a car but rich republicans won’t have a problem voting.

I read the obituaries one morning and discovered I had died. That left five of us still voting. More absentee ballots than were sent out? That has been explained because those who took part in early voting used those ballots also. To those who don’t know how a conman constructs his con, Trump sounds reasonable.

Once Manchin completely sells out to republicans the republicans will make sure he is beat in the next election. The republicans will throw him away like used toilet paper.

One of the republicans adds that ran today congratulated Manchin on being against the Bring America Back bill. One of the things in the bill that most offended republicans was hiring more IRS agents to audit taxes of the rich billionaires who pay no income tax. Baby Bush directed the IRS to focus on the on people getting the Child Care credit and no longer focus on billionaires. The republicans don’t want their ungodly greedy political donors to pay income tax.

A bank robber was asked why he robs banks? He replied, that is where the money is. You are not going to get much money auditing working people but the ungodly greedy will make an audit worth it.

Once Trump convinces voters that American elections are rigged, they will adopt that attitude for the rest of their life. Once somebody commits to an idea it is very difficult to change their mind. Trump seem to have a natural ability to convince others of the most outrageous lies. Trump will be an albatross pulling the republican party under.

The situation in Washington with 50 democrats means that one senator can become a dictator and kill any bill by refusing to vote for it. Joe Manchin is another democrat who has assumed the dictator role. If a political party is going to achieve anything everyone must be a team player. If each member goes off in his own direction you will have eternal grid lock and only the ungodly will get things done to benefit themselves. Achieving a political agenda is like moving a football down field. If you give the ball to the halfback and he runs to the opposing teams goal and spikes the ball you know you are in trouble and, that is what Sinema is doing. Politics is a team sport.

Both the terrorists of 9/11 and the Jan 6 terrorists, attacked the US government and people died in both but there is a big difference in how they are being punished. The leader of the 9/11 terrorist Osama was hunted down and killed in his own home, the leader of the Jan 6 insurrection can not even be questioned.

It is surprising how much party affiliation effects how you view the insurrection. If you are a republican an insurrection is just a law-and-order problem. If Biden had lost the election and the democrats had staged the Jan 6 insurrection to take the election away from Trump, Condoleezza and the republican would be screaming that it was the worst crime in American history and the terrorists should be sentenced to life in prison. The republicans would still be harping about the democratic insurrection 50 years from now.

One of the coal burning plants in Ohio ended up having to buy the whole town that was downwind of the plant because of the pollution caused so many health problems.

The pollution was so bad when I was younger that the smog-fog was so bad that several people were killed on the highways because the fog was so bad that it was impossible to see where you were going because of the combination of fog and smog. The government cleaned up the air in the late 60s and now what we called fog alley is no longer a problem. I can actually remember driving with a car door open so I could see if I was still in the road. I can remember going fishing and the smog-fog was so bad I could not see my feet. There were enough congressmen in the 60s who had enough courage to stand up and make laws that helped the environment and were not owned by the polluters.

We don’t have debtor’s prison anymore you can’t put anybody in jail for not paying their unless there is a suspended jail sentence that can be imposed if they fail to pay the fine. What happens to someone who does not pay their fine? Their driver license is suspended.

One four members of one the family in Minnesota who participated in the Jan 6 insurrection and they are currently using crowd sourcing on the internet to raise money. They hope to raise $50,000 to pay for a good lawyer at last count they had raised a $100. The family that riots together stays together, hopefully in jail. A state senator came out and said they should not be punished because they are from a good family. The next thing you know the rabid right will be raising money to defend child molesters, oh I forgot they already did that with Trump. No doubt crowd sourcing will be used to pay the fines of all those who participated in the Jan 6 insurrection.

What would happen to black demonstrators in a demonstration if started beating the police in the head with a fire extinguisher and spray bear spray like they did during the insurrection? They would have been killed with no questions asked. I guess they don’t come from good families.

I have always believed that Manchin was a republican but knew that he could never get elected in WV which was the most democratic state in the union when he began his political career. We had many politicians change their registration to run. WV has now gone 180% the other way the change has been so bad that that the governor changed his registration from democrat when he was elected to republican.

Dirty Joe objected to the cost of $3 trillion bill but you can bet he voted for the republican’s $10 trillion tax cut for the ungodly greedy. It was not about the amount money with Joe it is about who benefits. Now Dirty Joe want to modify the child care credit. It seems he wants to make sure the people who supply child care have to work. (a republican idea if there ever was one) The drug problem was so bad in WV that grandparents are now raising their grandchildren on their social security. Many of them have severe health problems and aren’t capable of holding a job. It is a testament to the republican party that many of American children don’t get enough eat and schools now must serve lunches during the summer break so the children don’t go hungry. The richest country in the world and we can’t feed our children but we can take care of billionaires. Dirty Joe is supposed to represent WV but a poll showed that 80% of West Virginias support the child care credit expansion. The republicans will drop Dirty Joe like a hot potato in his next election in an all-out effort to take back control of the senate.
