I did not chart the exact moment that I first heard the left start calling everyone a racist for disagreeing with Obama.

Maybe the police should manage their behavior and not engage in the summary execution of non-violent suspects in their custody.

Floyd was taken into police custody for trying to pass a counterfeit bill, Garner for selling cigarettes — these aren't cases of threats by armed assailants. Both of them were subdued and subsequently killed while in the hands of the police by the police. I don't know how else you'd refer to it. It reminds me of the arguments around the torture of terror suspects, that anything is allowed because the crime they are suspected of is so terrible so it doesn't matter if they die. It's too brutal, oralloy. It's like something the Inquisition or the Islamic State would do.

In neither case were they intentionally killed. The term execution implies deliberate killing.

I agree that there should be changes to end the policies and tactics that led to the deaths.

To place someone in a chokehold or or apply a knee to the neck of a prostrate captive to the point where the victim is gasping for air represents such a cavalier and disrespectful attitude toward life that it's hard to see how the killing wasn't deliberate. If I place a garotte around your neck and apply some tension and end up killing you (sorry, oralloy) saying "it wasn't deliberate" just doesn't cut it. Lethal techniques should not be used for the purpose of punitive detainment.

The chokehold was only for about seven seconds as Eric Garner was wildly bucking around and nearly throwing the officer through a plate glass window. There was nothing punitive about it.

I am not very familiar with this new case. Most of my attention is currently on the atrocity that is being perpetrated against Amy Cooper. However, I understand that the prosecutors say that they cannot prove intent or malice.

Trump had two military helicopters and secret service attack the protesters to clear a path to church. The protestors had a right to be there for another half hour. The bishop of the church was appalled with what Trump had done. She said Trump had not asked permission to use the image of the church. There was never more of a white supremist image than Trump clutching a bible in his upraised hand.

While killings by cops are not everyday occurrences the deaths are far more common than people realize. Only a small fraction are caught on camera, another one came to light today that happened three months ago. Of the 44 instances of victims being chocked to unconsciousness in Minneapolis they did not say how many died. The vast majority of policemen are good people but there are psychopaths on the police department just as there are in the general public. We had one policeman that went on a call and he proceeded to rape the woman with his flashlight. When she called to report it he was sent back to take the report. When she went to hospital for rape kit, he was sent back a third time. There were rumors that the policemen killed one guy and disposed of the body in the river I never wanted to know the details. You only had to watch that policeman shove a 75-year old man to ground and walk on while his head was bleeding that was shown today. Police use to carry pistols with 6 rounds now they carry Glocks with 15 rounds and they will shoot you ten more times after you are dead. The biggest thing wrong with the demonstrations is that the problem is not just with blacks, poor whites also receive the same treatment. Of the 44 strangled to unconsciousness I wonder how many were white.

You continue to lie every day, we actually have no idea how many people came down with C-19 today. What we do know is that 24.5 k people tested positive today, which actually says nothing about the state of the sickness in the US. Having the virus isn't the same as beings sick as we know 80% plus people do not show any symptoms. You have a lot of nerve to make this claim with the massive protests going on across the country right now and not a care in the world seems to be given to the spread of the virus.
