I started work on Wednesday and lemme tell ya.....after that first day I wanted to crawl right into my bed when I got home! The only thing I've done for eight hours consistently over the last seven months is sleep! It's going to take me about a week to get used to this getting up and doing stuff business!

But.....

I LOVE MY JOB!

All of my coworkers are very pleasant, the atmosphere is relaxed/professional, non-stressful and I will never not have something to do. Even after I learn everything and get it down to my own science, I'll still be busy all day long ~ which is great ~ makes the time go by quicker.

I'm already looking forward to Monday! Have to fetch the laundry out before someone else snags the washing machine. Hope ya'll are having a great weekend!

ehBeth ~ I only have work slacks and don't like to wear them out. I know ~ sounds like a personal problem.....

Urs ~ you're right, I DO like the cold, but I think the meds I've been on have thinned my blood even more because now Mom and I are exactly opposite on the hot/cold situation. She's sweating, I'm freezing. Go figure.

Work was incredibly busy today because a lot of people worked on Saturday to make up lost time.....which meant that I had three times the normal amount of insurance forms to sort through. Busy hands are happy hands though. (no comments from the Peanut Gallery, please)
