So...how'd the job thing go, Rae? Sorry to be so late checking in here. I've been out of town since Christmas Day, and I'm just catching up. Big hugs, and I've got my fingers crossed for ya, too!

Thank you, Eva! I went to the prospective job yesterday. Filled out their application and their character tests (I hate those things), took a typing test (still 80 wpm!) and a ten key test (can't remember the results, but I'm pretty fast on that, too).

By the time I was ready to see the HR person, she got an emergency call from her son and couldn't see me.

I went back today (which was much easier since I'd already done it once) and the HR person had called off. Would have been nice to have gotten a phone call, but oh well. I go back again on Friday.

I'm having problems with the Trazadone medication. It's either one of two things.....I've slept so badly over the last two months that I'm just making up for lost sleep or the pills are two strong. I've already cut them in half, now I think it's time to quarter them.

My unemployment benefits run out next week and this is causing me major anxiety ~ I'm praying and praying and praying that this job pans out.

Anyone else who feels like praying, please do!

I'm not a prayer person but I'll send love and optimism. You're good, you'll get this one or the next one. Plus, y'know, that HR person (Personnel person to me) is human too. Not that you should swing the interview over to her, but to have quiet sympathy might not be a bad thing, just an "I understand."
