know I watched it this morning as well, you would think I would learn. While it is true if you watch the news a lot you keep up with is happening, you also have to listen to opinions (and unless they happen to coincide with you own, they really get on your nerves) and the same stories over and over again.

A bit of news: Gingrich cancelled his video message he was planning to send to the rally planned for 9/11. Wonder why?

Perhaps he realized that his first comments on Fox were over the top and he did not wish to bring attention back to them.

here he uses "chosen" and "JAP" to identify Jewish American Princesses.

I never heard the term JAP (Jewish American Princess) until I met my ex who was jewish and from Brooklyn. She explained to me that the only things JAPs make for dinner is reservations.

It's a reference to the other use of the word Jap. In this case it's an acronym for Jewish American Princess. I first heard the term when I was in college, and naturally I was confused. These girls weren't Japanese.

I watch it, along with CNN, the BBC and PBS.

I think you mean that everyone is uninformed on some issues. This is true.

Uninformed is different from ignorant, however. Uninformed people can become informed. Ignorant people just stay ignorant.

He said, "every idiot that watches Fox News." Not "everyone who watches Fox News is an idiot."

You are fictionalizing my thoughts, since I have never posted the above. You are using the forum incorrectly by making false accusations.

See the portions of the dictionary definition that indicate the person is unaware or unenlightened.

Your lack of awareness about how uninformed you are is what makes you ignorant. (That's the ignore part of ignorant.)
