Yes we are dear, we are talking about buying time credit and a phone in advance with cash and you can do so without giving your name if you wish to. So the cell phone provider does no know who you are.
Now as long as you used it once and throw it away there is no way of tracking you however as you used it for any length of time more and more people are going to have that number and know that it belong to you.
Hell the police even if you used call blocking can find out the headset ID if they know who you call and the time you call.
So unless you buy a 20 dollar phone every time you call anyone and then throw it away they can track you just like any other cell user in the world.
Might be slightly harder but only slightly harder.
