I can't speculate why Dylan's videos were moved. I do believe he ought to retire from performing. The last time I went to see him, it was painful to listen. I had to leave early.

How'd That Bipartisanship Thing Work Out For You?
I'd like to ask all of the people who thought trying to reach out to Republicans in a bipartisan manner would be a good idea - Rahm Emanuel and Barack Obama in particular - how'd that work out for you? Could the effort at bipartisanship over the last two years have been a bigger disaster?...

After that volcanic Sister Souljah moment in 1992, Bill Clinton appears to have made peace with hip hop.
The former President has come out in support of jailed rapper Lil Wayne 20 years after being called a racist.
We have Clinton's daughter, Chelsea, to thank for him cheering on the "I Am Not a Human Being" rapper during the midterm elections.
"My daughter introduced me to rap and hip hop music after I said some things she thought were not very smart," he told the hosts of Pittsburgh's 96.1 Kiss FM "Morning Freak Show" while discussing the Democratic candidates on Tuesday.
He admitted that despite his run-ins with the law and expletives-filled music, Lil Wayne is "smart" and "has got ability."
"A lot of these people, they don't just get successful by being really dumb," Clinton said. "But a lot of them have had tough lives and almost think it's cool to get in trouble every now and then."
He concluded by saying he hoped that the rapper, who is scheduled to be released from Rikers Island on Thursday, will "have a good life" now that he's been given another chance.
LIMA, Peru — Peru's government formally asked U.S. President Barack Obama on Tuesday to assist Peruvian efforts to get Yale University to return thousands of artifacts taken from the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu.
In a letter to Obama, President Alan Garcia said it was "just and necessary" for Obama to intervene on Peru's behalf, so the South American nation can recover its cultural heritage.
The Peruvian government and Yale are at odds over possession of the artifacts, including funeral shrouds, bones, textiles and ceramics. Peru demands their return, while Yale hopes to negotiate a settlement over the artifacts, which were removed about a century ago.
"President and great friend, almost 100 years have passed since then and despite the many requests made on different occasions by successive Peruvian governments, Yale University has not returned to the Peruvian Government the property of Machu Picchu," Garcia wrote to Obama.
His letter was delivered by hand by Foreign Minister Jose Antonio Garcia Belaunde to the U.S. ambassador in Peru, Rose Likins.
Peru has had a lawsuit pending in U.S. District Court in Connecticut since 2008 demanding Yale return all artifacts taken by scholar Hiram Bingham III between 1911 and 1915.
Political refugee? Defecting agent of China's Ministry of State Security?
This could get interesting (read as scandalous) if he has any of China's military or security secrets he wants to openly divulge and leak to the Canadian or US press.
Yes, I'm not quite sure what to make of it. It's getting a lot of press here.
I'll update this, as I find out more.

DES PERES, MO (KTVI-FOX2now.com) — A man dressed as Jesus was kicked out of a St. Louis area church Sunday. Police were even called to get in the middle of the spiritual showdown. "We're called to be ambassadors for Jesus Christ, ambassadors should represent, and that's what I do. I try to represent my Lord and savior Jesus Christ," said Neal Thompson Monday night, wearing the same white robe and cross, and carrying the same staff he's been using every Sunday for 22 years.
He dresses up like Jesus every week, going to a new church every week, he says, to spread his Christian message.
"He said 'Take up your cross, your breastplate, and your staff and follow in Jesus Christ's footsteps and wear a white robe to show your sincerity,'" he said. "That's my job, to spread the word."
He says he is questioned most weeks, but then welcomed. But when he tried to enter St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Des Peres, he was not allowed in.
"One of the deacons saw me," he said, "and when I went in the church he met me and he said, 'Can I help you? What do you want?' I said, 'I want to go to church here today.' And he said, 'What do you believe in? Are you Christian? What religion are you?' I said, 'I'm a Christian.'"
Thompson said he was not allowed in the sanctuary. Church members told him he'd have to sit in the hallway.
"And I said, 'Well this ain't right, you guys ain't treating me right.' He said, 'We're gonna call the police.' I said, 'Well call them, I don't care. Call them.' So I sat down and the next thing I know four or five police showed up."
The church secretary referred us to Des Peres police, who did not even write a report. They say Thompson wasn't causing a scene, but they asked him to leave and he did, peacefully.
"Oh I forgive them, I forgive them," said Thompson.
He said this was only the second time he's been kicked out of a church in the last 22 years.
He says he'll try to go to St. Paul's Lutheran again some day, but police told him he should try to set up an appointment with the pastor before his next visit.

@edgarblythe,
If the return goes ahead, it could set a really bad precedent for the US. If they then have to return all they've stolen, it would reduce the US to the status of one of the lower third world countries.
Disguised man should have had identity protected: Lawyer
VANCOUVER/CKNW(AM980)
Charmaine de Silva 11/5/2010
The lawyer for the Asian man who boarded an Air Canada flight from Hong Kong disguised as an elderly Caucasian man says its reprehensible that photos of his client were leaked to the media.
Lee Rankin says the man, as with all asylum seekers, should have their identities protected.
Rankin says someone in a position of authority broke the rules,"That's contrary to policy and endangers him, and its a way of putting an unfortunate individual into the public eye and parading him...that's something you do in third world countries, not in Canada."
While he admits the way his client arrived in Canada is unusual, Rankin says his refugee claim isn't.
