@High Seas,

send who back? Ramafuchs or spendius? I wouldn't send either of them back- because you know what is the absolute most fun when an American lives with someone with a European accent? I've learned this. They all think they speak so much more cultured than we (Americans) do and so everytime you open your mouth to pronounce something like water or butter they exaggerate the way Americans flatten the vowels, slur the consonants and speak more slowly and they tease you saying in a voice that sounds like a used car salesman, 'Say, would you like some wah-ter for that plant.' And then I get to say back, 'No dahling, but I'd love some woter for my plahnt,' in a very cultured English accent. Or I could do the yob thing and say, 'I fancy a bit of wo-er for my plahnt' employing the glottal stop which is so much fun to do.
And I have a German friend, Pia, and we love doing each other's accents for each other's amusements. I'm getting really good at hers - 'Pole (that's Paul) I've puht ze salmon in ze ohven.'
I think we'd have too much fun doing each other's accents for me to ever think of sending one of zem bahck.
As long as I had something to laugh about - they could stay. We'd be having language fun ourselves - it wouldn't be Greek or latin - but hey, it'd be fun.
