@realjohnboy,

lackey has been... lacking something all year.
talking heads keep saying "wait until he goes on one of his legendary streaks! he could reel off 5, 6, 7 great games in a row."
half way thru the season, we're still waiting...

@Rockhead,

surprised all-stah game stats don't count in fantasy...

@Region Philbis,
that would give the game some importance, for once.

(besides the world series thing)

in an effort to jump start our offense, we are going back to using two catchers like the rest of you.

but we switched molinas...

Not all Molinas are the same.

@jespah,

sawx have a molina catcher (gustavo) who's NOT related to the other molina catchers...

The Cubs scored 11 runs. Ramirez only participated by going 0-4.

(as I wrote on Yahoo!)
With my 45.00 ERA and 9.00 WHIP at this moment I am actually defeating the Squirrels in both categories.

@fbaezer,
Makes Hensley's 40.5 and 4.5 look downright decent!

@JPB,
gotta wonder who the next coach might be?

(that is not the most desirable spot in the league...)

on a side note, Aramis Ramirez hit for a hat trick tonight. with 7 RBI.

If I were a Cubs fan, Ryno's the last guy I'd want at the helm.

Why?

Because if I were a Cubs fan, I'd love Sandberg. And I'd be wary of the fact that I end up hating, eventually, every ************ who manages the Cubs. Booing him. Calling for his retirment in May. Etc.
