9 players in. I have gotten a couple or 3 maybe's. We can live with 12 players if we don't make 14, but I am confident we will get to 14.

Apropos of nothing: Andy/Clubber (from the football threads) was the only employee to make it to work yesterday. He had a decent day with customers remaining patient - with the exception of one woman who made an ass of herself to the point that, when she left, other folks were mocking her.
Andy called her a "swamp yankee." That expression was new to me but a number of other people today were aware of it. A swamp monkey is the northern equivalent of a redneck.

Tico is, of course, far too modest to crow about this. But his record on A2K/Yahoo games is remarkable:
Baseball 2009: 1st of 14 players.
Football 2009: 1 of 14.

Baseball 2007: 2 of 10 (I was 10).
