Well, at least somebody in the group should go 4-0.

Just in case my complete prediction isn't clear enough; my prediction for this week matches LionTamerX's exactly.

Bill, clearly you are a man of impeccable judgment.

Just over 2 hours until the deadline for picking the 4 Wild Card games. I would still like to hear from Miz Cowdoc, Djjd62, ElStud and Fox as well as anyone else who would like to pick.

Andy/Clubber offers this stat for the day (courtesy of ESPN)...There have been 19 situations since Super Bowl 1 in which teams have met 3 times in a season with 1 team having a 2-0 record against the other team. 12 times the result has been a sweep (3-0) and 7 times the series has ended at 2-1.
Dallas beat Philly 20-16 on 11/8 and 24-0 on 1/3.

haven't watched one single game this year other then catching parts here and there of about 4 or 5 games. I know not who is undefeated, who is unwinning, and who is in the play offs.

How we looking?

Looks like JPB and Soz and I all picked alike. I keep having trouble remembering who I picked and having to check back to page 3. At least I remember the page..

i realize i erred in my original pick, i suggested that a baseball team from canada might win, this is probably a stretch (not saying it couldn't happen, but unlikely)

that being said, my new prediction

an american team, that participates in the game of professional football will win the super bowl

and

they will score more than the team that loses

where's my prize Razz

Just minutes to go until kickoff of Wild Card weekend -
> This thread has had 116 posts and 1158 views.
> We have 26 players from at least a dozen states plus Mexico, Canada, Ireland and the UK.
> Here is, as a group, what we think will happen:
NY Jets {NY} @ Cincinnati Bengals {CI}: we break 20-6 for the Bengals
Baltimore Ravens {BA} @ NE Patriots {NE}: 17-9 Patriots
Philadelphia Eagles {PH} @ Dallas Cowboys {DA}: 17-9 Cowboys
Green Bay Packers {GB} @ Arizona Cardinals {AZ}: 19-7 Packers
> There are, I believe, 16 permutations of how picks for the game can work out. We have 12 of them covered:
Picking CI, NE, PH & GB are McGentrix, Alex, EhBeth, Region & Jespah (5)
In with CI, NE, DA & GB are Imur, OccomBill, LionTamerx & Tsarstepan (4)
Choosing CI, NE, DA & AZ are George, Spendius and Mysteryman (3)
Thinking CI, BA, DA & AZ are Cowdoc, Tico and Edgar (3)
Going with NY, BA, DA & GB are Osso, JPB & Sozobe (3 girls)
Betting on NY, NE, DA & GB are Rhyss & Fbaezer (2)
Alone with NY, BA, PH & GB is Andy/Clubber (1)
By himself with CI, BA, DA & GB is Maporsche (1)
Johnboy has CI, NE, DA & GB (1)
Rockhead thinks by himself with CI, BA, PH & GB (1)
Seed is the only player going for CI, NY, PH & AZ (1)
Gargamel checks in with NY, NE, PH & GB (1)
