I joined the work walking club. The company hired a personal trainer for our group
Tomorrow (if the temps drop a bit) we're to walk 5.9 k in 55 minutes. It's a bit of a walk-trot for me with my stubby little legs, but I'll get it done (inside i I have to).
My goal is to evemtually do the whole 55 minutes as a trot (I have an aversion to calling it running).
