Since the people are jogging, how well can the social distancing work? Seems to me, that the person who is six foot back will be in the mistings of the jogger in a millisecond. Joggers need to strap masks on their mugs!

I've been jogging very short distances where I work. I've pretty much got
the roads and sidewalks to myself.

i did a single timed lap around the reservoir today -- 14 minutes (1.56 miles).

there was no way i could've kept up that pace for a second lap, but its something to shoot for...

Ya do what you can do. I haven't run since I don't know when. Right now I'm
trying to get in shape to do a "virtual" Soldier Ride for the Wounded Warrior
Project. 25 miles. I'm waiting for a day when the temps won't be so hot.

I am running for fitness.

Is it worth buying a treadmill for home use?
I’ve always dreamed of buying myself a treadmill, and now I finally have the opportunity to do it.
My friends are trying to talk me out of it.
