@Izzie,

I can truly say it. When people who fight to block any and all scrutiny of fake evidence, believe that they are trying to find the truth, their belief is fake.
Izzie wrote:I don't understand why you need to blame the Kercher's
Because it is wrong to prevent people from getting a fair trial, even more so when they are innocent.
Izzie wrote:they are doing the same in trying to find the person who murdered their daughter
No, their efforts to block scrutiny of fake evidence are not in any way an attempt to find anything.
Izzie wrote:both families are fighting for their daughter's justice and the truth
If the Kerchers had been fighting for the truth, they would have supported scrutiny of the fake evidence instead of fighting to block it.
Izzie wrote:but anger towards the family, or to individual posters for continuing to question what happened... I think it is anger directed towards the wrong person/people.
"Continuing to question what happened" is not an accurate description of the years of behavior on this thread.
A better description would be "using obfuscation and dishonesty to derail any presentation of facts about the case".

That is incorrect. The evidence has been clear from the beginning as to what happened.
Guede broke in through the window (alone) while carrying a big knife.
When Meredith came home he attacked her and cut her throat.
When she was struggling to breathe, he raped her.
Then to prevent her from summoning aid and thus surviving to testify against him, he took her phones and locked her in her room, and went dancing at a nightclub while she slowly drowned in her own blood.
Sometime in there he also stole the rent money from her purse.

Justice will require paying Amanda and Raffaele many millions of dollars, and will require the prosecution of a large number of Italian judges.
And not just the two corrupt judges who blocked scrutiny of the evidence for the Kerchers. Also all the judges who ordered Amanda and Raffaele to spend these past four years in prison when the law only authorizes house arrest/electronic monitoring in such a case until Cassation confirms the verdict.
Guede's huge sentence reductions are irreversible. He'll be out of prison soon now no matter what. Whether that is just or unjust depends on whether you think it is OK for the Kerchers to fight to prevent innocent people from getting a fair trial.
