Interesting how you third-world vermin express such glee over the thought of putting innocent people in prison.

But whether the courts do it, or the US military does it, Amanda and Raffaele are going to be freed, and Italy is going to pay both of them millions of Euros (better keep up that austerity).

If the US military does it, we'll get to see a lot of really cool collateral damage on TV. Will be fun to watch.

EDIT: Damn me and my self-censoring ethics. Oh well, I guess removing the last line was the right thing to do.

What do you expect? The African Americans are sick of having police concoct fake evidence against innocent people. When the LAPD planted DNA to frame OJ, that was the last straw. At that point, it didn't matter whether he was innocent or guilty.

What is it about "don't frame people" that you fascist thugs can never seem to understand?

As for my answer to the rest of your post, I don't want to post a reply like that on A2K.

As we all know, Rudy Guede broke in through the window, cut Meredith's throat, raped her as she was gasping for breath, then took her phones and locked her in her room so she couldn't summon aid, and went out dancing in a nightclub while she drowned in her own blood.

And as we all also know, when the scumbag Kercher family fought to prevent innocent people from getting a fair trial, and those innocent people were then convicted, it resulted in Guede getting a massive sentence reduction (a massive sentence reduction which the scumbag Kercher family declined to appeal, I might add).

However, there seems to be a bit of confusion across the internet as to what the nature of Guede's sentence reduction is.

Here are the numbers, before and after the reduction:

--------------------------------------------------------------------

Guede's original sentence: LIFE

With the reduction for choosing a fast-track hearing in front of a judge instead of a full-dress trial: 30 years

Full parole after 3/4 the sentence (with good behavior): 22.5 years
Minus four years already served: 18.5 years

Day-release parole after half the sentence (with good behavior): 15 years
Minus four years already served: 11 years

--------------------------------------------------------------------

Guede's modified sentence after Amanda and Raffaele were sentenced to 24 years: 24 years

With the reduction for choosing a fast-track hearing in front of a judge instead of a full-dress trial: 16 years

Full parole after 3/4 the sentence (with good behavior): 12 years
Minus four years already served: 8 years

Day-release parole after half the sentence (with good behavior): 8 years
Minus four years already served: 4 years

--------------------------------------------------------------------

Guede's sentence reductions were more extreme than I thought.

Considering Guede's theft of Meredith's money, the proper sentence would have been LIFE - Solitary Confinement, with a reduction for choosing a fast-track hearing to regular LIFE.

When Micheli declined to blame Guede for stealing the money, Guede got an unjustified reduction from LIFE to 30 years.

Then Guede got a further unjustified reduction from 30 to 16 years as a result of Amanda and Raffaele being convicted.

No. I think you remind me of that Serbian war criminal guy who was smirking at the widows of his victims at The Hague a few months ago.

Whatever point you might have had about the US system if you'd expressed it in a different context, it is an outrage for you to use that point to try to minimize the atrocity that Italy is committing.

The evil and corrupt journalist Nick Pisa has seen fit to vomit the ranting of another Kercher scumbag all over the internet:

http://news.sky.com/home/world-news/article/16062554

If I may, here is my response to the little scumbag:

Quote:
In these last few weeks we have been left seriously anxious and greatly troubled by the news regarding the original DNA findings.

It is extremely difficult to understand how the results which were obtained with great care and presented in the first trial as valid could now be regarded as irrelevant.

You know very well that the evidence was fraudulent, as you fought tooth and nail to prevent any of it from receiving any scrutiny, both in the trial (where you succeeded due to the corruption of judges Giancarlo Massei and Beatrice Cristiani), and in the appeal (where you failed because this time you don't have corrupt judges).

Quote:
How can the DNA of the knife be considered a small amount when the same experts themselves cannot give an exact response to how much should be taken into consideration?

The problem is not the amount of DNA. The problem is that a fraudulent test was used to "find" DNA where there was none to be found.

Quote:
It should also be remembered that both the prosecution and the defence had experts present when the original tests were carried out for the first trial at the forensic science lab in Rome.

As if that was some sort of justification for presenting a fraudulent DNA test.

Quote:
The defence seem to be focusing on these DNA aspects but we want, for a moment, to remember who this case is about: my sister, a daughter brutally taken away four years ago and a day does not pass when we do not think about her and can bring this to an end.

If you wanted anyone to care about your sister, you shouldn't have used her as a weapon to do such grave harm to innocent people.

Quote:
All those who are reading and writing about this case, please remember our beautiful Meredith.

No, I don't think so. It's time to think about your victims: Amanda and Raffaele.

Quote:
We still have faith in the Italian police and we also have faith in all the prosecutors and the investigators. Remember there is other proof in the 10,000 pages that were gathered and presented in court.

There is not a shred of proof in any of your lies. That is why you monsters fought so hard to block all scrutiny of your supposed evidence.

Quote:
We ask that the Court of Appeal considers every single element, scientific and circumstantial as well as every witness questioned and that they do it independently.

You don't fool anyone. You fought hard to get the appeals court to accept the fraudulent evidence without any scrutiny whatsoever, just as you did in the trial.

Quote:
In the midst of all this interest Meredith has been forgotten

Good. Let's start thinking about your victims: Amanda and Raffaele.

Quote:
she is now longer with us and so everything should be for her and to try and understand what really happened that tragic night.

Everyone has known for four years now what happened. Guede broke in through the window. Then he cut Meredith's throat. Then he raped her as she was struggling to breathe. Then he took her cell phones and locked her in her room so she couldn't summon help, and went dancing at a nightclub while she slowly drowned in her own blood.

Quote:
Please don't let Meredith's death be in vain, her courage and strength is still fighting and we will continue to search for justice until she can rest in peace.

You thugs are not searching for justice. You are trying to keep innocent people in prison.

And you thugs have personally helped the person who raped and murdered Meredith to gain at least one of his three massive sentence reductions.

Guede's choice of a fast-track hearing in front of a judge reduced his sentence of "LIFE With Solitary Confinement" to regular LIFE.

Then when Micheli declined to blame Guede for stealing Meredith's money, that gave Guede a second reduction, from LIFE to 30 years.

Then when you monsters prevented two innocent people from getting a fair trial, and they were subsequently convicted, that gave Guede a third sentence reduction, from 30 to 16 years.

Guede will be up for day-release parole in just four years now, and he couldn't have done it without your help.

Quote:
She did not stop fighting on November 1, 2007, and we are not going to stop now.

No, you've been stopped. Your evil quest to harm innocent people is coming to an end. It's a pity no one stopped you thugs four years ago before you did any damage.

Apologies for using a mangy slut like Barbie Latza Nadeau for a source, but sometimes there is only one source for something.

Quote:
that condemnation of the cops also calls into question the sanctity of the evidence used against Guede, since he was convicted based on forensic evidence collected by the same cops from the same crime scene. Are his forensic findings dodgy, too? His lawyers are watching this trial closely and told The Daily Beast that they will petition the court to reopen their client’s case if Knox and Sollecito are freed based on bad police work.

Amanda and Raffaele are going to be set free this Saturday evening (Italy time).

Before the end of the year, Italy will pay them both half-a-million euros (each) in a futile effort to forestall a lawsuit.

That of course will not work. The Italian freaks are going to end up paying Amanda and Raffaele many millions of Euros (and so are a good number of other people for that matter).

You have a good point, djjd. There are Americans in U.S. jails that were wrongly prosecuted by other Americans.

Well, I'd prefer dragging them (and you) down to Guantanamo for a lifetime of torture.

You thought I don't object to that too? What's my sig say right now?

Now they are suggesting that they may wait until Monday morning to release them.

I propose that every day Amanda spent in prison result in the massacre of 50 Italian children between the ages of 2 and 5.

Two days of Amanda's life are easily worth the lives of 100 Italian children.

Plus, the slaughter would give the US Air Force some good practice.

you're such a ******* loon, it's hard to tell what you really support

somewhere along the line you got the feeling i support wrongful imprisonment

not true

it's your insane response to it that i find reprehensible

the sad fact is, i hear more folks like you, and OSD and Gunga and H2O popping up in my country more and more, and it really depresses me

i speak from a completely partisan point of view, i support no party, in fact i've voted for every party available

the jingoistic, knuckle dragging crap you spew is sickening
