Check this out though.

Kind of a fix before the real fix.

@shewolfnm,
Only two more days until season 3, episode 1. I'm eager to see some werewolves.

@Thomas,
It's this Sunday? Oh good, thanks for reminding me. I thought it was next Sunday for some reason.

I hope this season is better than the last one. I thought the MaryAnne track was unsatisfying.

@rosborne979,
No, it really is tomorrow.

I agree the Mary Anne track was a not quite up to speed with the rest of the plot, and somewhat lamely resolved in the finale. But the fellowship-of-the-sun thread made up for it. If Season 3 is as good as that, I'll be thrilled.

Bugger.

We won't get to see it for ages.

Werewolves are gonna be hard...most of them in films and such are done really hokily.

In the teaser previews I just saw, the animal in the woods looks more like a black panther to me than a wolf. But I only got a quick glimpse. Maybe it's another shape-shifter like Sam (or maybe it is Sam).

@dlowan,
They're using actual wolves for the wolve part of it. From the trailer, it appears that the human side of them is some kind of Hells-Angels-like counter culture.

Heehee...I have read the books.

I knows what them is.

HBO may make 'em a lot betterer, though.

Hmmm ... okay, but not as good as I expected. I hope they just had to stuff in a lot of information for the newcomers, and that they're going back to their usual self now that they have.

@Thomas,
They set up a lot of plot lines. It has good possibilities.

If it wasn't Eric, then who kidnapped Bill, and why?

I like the Magistrate character. This season I'm hoping they reveal more of the story which shows how Bill is the only vampire who knows that that Eric is dealing vampire blood, and why Bill came to Bon Temps. I would also like to understand why the Queen is promoting the selling of V. Is it purely hedonistic on her part to get more money, or is there a deeper motivation.

Could have been Lorena, his maker, could have been the werewolves. Could have been something we haven't seen yet.

That part is easy. Lafayette told him.

@Thomas,
I'm sure the werewolves had something to do with Bill' kidnapping, but I don't know why.

I think Bill was on a mission in Bon Temps and ran into Sookie by chance. But I don't know who sent him or why.

There may be other reasons, a mission, but the house he is staying in is a family home from years gone by.
