Happens to white people too. At the Las Vegas Costco, a white guy legally carrying a concealed weapon was accosted by a store worker who didn't like guns. When he blew him off, the store worker maliciously called 911 and reported a guy with a gun lurching around and being disruptive at the store. The police came and had everyone file out of the store. When the guy with the CCW filed out the store worker started hysterically pointing to him and yelling the police that he was the guy. The police mistook his cell phone in his hands as a gun and shot him to death.
At least when it's a black guy the police own up to their mistakes and pay compensation to the family. In the case of the white guy, Costco and the police entered into a conspiracy. Costco would hide the surveillance video of the shooting and the police would hide the recording of the 911 call.
To this day the family has received no justice or compensation.
