A little ways in that direction, yes. But not very far. It's the area where Mr. Zimmerman had stopped tailing Trayvon several minutes earlier on the advice of the dispatcher.

Trayvon had had plenty of time to go home at that point, had he wanted to do so.
7:11:33 -- Mr. Zimmerman exits truck to follow Trayvon.
7:11:59 -- Mr. Zimmerman stops trailing after Travon on the dispatcher's advice, and instead heads towards the blue triangle on the map.
7:13:41 -- Mr. Zimmerman is at the blue triangle on the map instead of following Trayvon.
7:15:43 -- Trayvon hangs up his phone.
7:16:11 -- First 911 call about a fight, not in Trayvon's back yard, but way up in the area where Mr. Zimmerman had stopped tailing him.
7:16:55 -- Mr. Zimmerman fires his gun.

That is incorrect. Trayvon ignored his opportunity to go home and instead he ended up back in the area where Mr. Zimmerman was.
