@oralloy,
You gonna stack up the dead bodies and piss on them, oralloy? Didn't you say that was the way to deal with gun violence?

Or, we just scratch out 4 and have "Being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed.”

It says the right of the PEOPLE, it doesn't say the right of the MILITIA. What is so difficult about this to understand?

You might want to review this request from neptuneblue:

That said.... No new gun laws. Let the slaughter continue. Have fun helplessly wringing your hands while nothing is done.

@McGentrix,
Misread it all you want, it says your right to bear arms in a well regulated militia shall not be abridged.

@bobsal u1553115,
That is incorrect. The right to keep and bear arms includes the right to have guns for private self defense.

Marines punished for urinating on Taliban corpses

By Kristina Wong - The Washington Times - Monday, August 27, 2012

After an eight-month investigation, three Marines were punished Monday for urinating on dead Taliban terrorists in a video that spread through the Internet in January.

The Marine Corps declined to reveal the specific punishments or the names of the Marines, who were deployed with the 3rd Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment from Camp Lejeune, N.C. Punishments in an administrative proceeding could include reduction in rank, restriction to base, extra duties, forfeiture of pay, a reprimand or a combination of these measures, the Corps said in a statement.

“We hold Marines to a high standard of ethical behavior. The Marine Corps takes misconduct by Marines very seriously and is committed to holding accountable those who are responsible,” the Corps said.

One of the Marines, a noncommissioned officer, pleaded guilty to wrongly posing for an unofficial photograph with human casualties and urinating on the body of a deceased Taliban militant. Another noncommissioned officer pleaded guilty to “wrongfully video-recording” the incident, as well as wrongfully posing for the photograph.

A staff noncommissioned officer admitted his guilt for failing to report the mistreatment of human casualties by other Marines and for making a false official statement to an investigator with the Naval Criminal Investigative Service concerning his knowledge of the video.

Disciplinary actions action against other Marines involved in the incident will be announced at a later date, the Corps said.

I guess ol' Oralloy wants to be a marine.

I personally don't care who interprets the second amendment how. It's beyond time to get these dangerous weapons away from everybody in the country.

@oralloy,
Thank you for making it perfectly clear that while you prattle endlessly about the Constitution you really don't give a **** at the massive violations of civil rights commited every yrear by the pro-gun acrivists (that must be who's doing it because they actually actively use their guns to do it.

It doesn’t really matter what he means since you don’t believe any weapons need to be removed.

@snood,
I say that the nation must do this one thing. I'm not going to say what this one thing is, but I say that the nation must do it, and we must do it soon.

Seriously, so long as he is not calling for anything specific to be removed, he really isn't calling for anything at all.
