@Walter Hinteler,
Oh hell no, he doesn't have a clue. All he can do is scream nonsense. His/Her fevered imagination propels him.

Indeed, Fascist don't have or don't follow legal procedures.

Yes they do, look at your government. Arresting someone who tells the truth is what fascists do. Now they can use the German legal system to enforce their views on others(legally) and punish who does not agree.

Any idea, coldjoint, how difficult it is to get an arrest warrant here?

No, it is true. England and Germany are getting more fascist everyday.

I just heard in the news about how the UK's National Health Service deliberately murdered another baby.

Our government doesn't arrest someone - that's done by the police. Police law ist state's affairs (besides the Federal police, which is mainly the border and railway police).
Arrests can only be done, if someone acts against laws and must be confirmed by a court.

We have separations of powers here.

@oralloy,
Hospital bosses were backed by the High Court, which ruled in their favour on 20 February, after accepting medical evidence that there was "no hope" for the youngster.
In a four-month legal battle, Alfie's parents unsuccessfully contested the ruling at the Court of Appeal, Supreme Court and European Court of Human Rights (ECHR).

As sais, the European Court of Human Rights was involved as well.

It was and is according to the relevant laws.

"civilized system" is, in my opinion a point of view here. It would be the same in most if not all European countries.

@Walter Hinteler,
This was a tragic case, a poor boy with no hope whatsoever whose case was hijacked by evangelical scum trying to force their disgusting beliefs on others. They were interviewed on the radio, and it was pointed out that not one of them had spoken about what was in the best interests of the child.

At least they can't prolong his suffering any longer.

The real scandal is what happened to the Windrush generation, but I notice the Nazis you're arguing with haven't mentioned that.

@izzythepush,
And it's not just Windrush - quite a few thousand more from other periods and Commonwealth countries are involved.

I'm not sure what "paki" means.
The NHS has 12% of doctors and 6% of nurses of Asian nationality (amongst the residents in England and Wales, 8% are Asian/Asian British).
You considers this to be the problem? How would you solve it?

It's a racist term, the equivalent of the n word when applied to people from the Indian sub continent.

Why are you wasting time on these racists? It's not like any of them could even afford the plane ticket to come over here.

I know, I've been to the UK since the early 60's when it was used by tabloids for those -then- British Overseas citizens.

@Walter Hinteler,
Attending NRA members at the NRA-ILA Leadership Forum next weekend aren't allowed to use their right of self-defence?

NRA wrote:
Due to the attendance of the Vice President of the United States, the U.S. Secret Service will be responsible for event security at the NRA-ILA Leadership Forum. As a result, firearms and firearm accessories, knives or weapons of any kind will be prohibited in the forum prior to and during his attendance. We will be posting a longer list of prohibited items in the near future.
Source

In response to school massacres, the NRA has repeatedly asserted the claim that a "good guy with a gun" is what is needed to ensure public safety. (Source)

Of course makes perfect sense to restrict firearms from an event attended by the vice president of the United States. Fewer guns means the Secret Service can better protect Pence - a similar argument made by many parents about safeguarding their children.

Volvo solved its ugly-car problem by firing all their designers and hiring Japanese design experts.

If I were the king of England I'd do the same thing with my problem with I-slam i.e. hire somebody like Isoroku Yamamoto to handle it.
