@Izzie,
Izzie, It's abt 70 degrees here in NE Texas - Ohh, you mean OUTSIDE!!! We tend to stay inside where the temp is better. Outside has been HOT lately, but, it's less now that the High Pressure area is gone and the JetStream has changed to the North - sorry ehBeth.
Patti is feeling a lot better now. However, the pain she had with the Gall Bladder thing covered all the other pains from her MS. Now, the GB pain is gone and she feels the other MS pains. Like Gilda Radner said, "It's Always Something."
Hope all is well with you and your visit to Texas and the USA will be nice and wonderful. If you are at all close to the Texarkana, TX/AR area let me know - I'm only 20 miles south of there. A little town named Atlanta, TX.
Atlanta is famous for being the birthplace of the very first African American female pilot with a license to fly. Bessie Coleman.
And, it is lesser known for being the place where the SPEED BUMP was invented. True story.
Also, it has a true Frank Lloyd Wright house - and, a French Chalet - which a local doctor had transported from France, stone by stone, and reassembled here. It's really nice.
