@Joe Nation,
So if I'm reading it correctly, the race site says that you are in the third wave
starting at 10:20. I'm recruiting Rhys to join me in projecting a major stream
of positive energy your way.

@George,
George, are you joining us on 11/8?

Same question for Thomas.

@George,
Thanks, I'll need it.

Today is the first day I've felt fully recovered from my 5 mile dash last Sunday.
I've got my race plan: Six miles a hour.
There it is.
One hour --six miles
Two Hours--- 12 miles
Three hours --- 18 miles

If I'm eighteen miles in at three hours the rest is ...oh wait....I also have to be at the twenty-four mile mark by four hours, then the rest will be on auto-pilot.

Tomorrow I do a dry-run. Get up, eat what I'm going to eat on Sunday, get dressed, go to the subway, take the train down to the ferry and, unless someone stops me, run 26.2 miles...no no, I can stop myself.

I think.

It was a great day. Thanks to everyone for cheering. I could hear you! I could. Did well through 21 miles and then really got tuckered.
Embarrassingly detailed analysis tomorrow. ... .

Oh. I'm sending this in to see if they will make it into a postage Stamp.
