Keep in mind that I'm making up the format of this list as I'm going along today. Any advice would be helpful and appreciated. :-)

Friday:
Treadmill: 5k at 26mins 10secs;
Highest level:
Hip abduction: 15 reps at 230 lbs;
Back extension: 30 reps at 170 lbs;
Hip adduction: 20 reps at 220 lbs;
Chest press: 50 reps at 60 lbs (I have weak arms I guess);
Calf extension: 30 reps at 100 lbs;
Shoulder press: 30 reps at 40 lbs;
Seated leg curl: 50 reps at 90 lbs;
Tricep press: 25 reps at 90 lbs;

@tsarstepan,
It’s good to keep a journal of what you do, how much weight, reps etc.

I use to keep mine in an excel spreadsheet and increase the weight weekly.

@Region Philbis,
My best time (repeated several times) was about 22 mins and 30 secs. That was about 6 months or so ago. I have to get back into the swing of things and attend the gym on a more constant basis. With my new work flow, I think I can do that well (average at least 2 times per week).

First time being able to complete a 5k run since prior to Thanksgiving.

5k at 24:50 and about 430ish calories. The hill program on level 8. Prior to this all other 5k hill runs were on level 7.

I really let this thread rust away.

Ran 5 miles on the treadmill in a measly 45 minutes on level 12.
