I've been making a lot of lifestyle changes recently, and one of then was getting back into martial arts, and more generally back into shape. I decided to very specifically monitor and track my progress in a new blog I update 3-4 times a week.
I currently track: Calories, fat, carbohydrates, fiber, sugar, protein, weight, BMI, water intake, blood work, sleep, time running, time doing activities like yoga and Aikido and some other fun things unrelated to wellness. I thought I'd let some data build up before I posted a link here. I've already shared this with Jespah, and got her approval.
