Quite sure, the business end is always pointed in your direction. Go to a gun store and look at the pistol cabinets. Bend down. What do you see? Or are there no scary gun stores where you live because you chased them all away to be replaced by liquor and money stores?

I can tell you one thing, you and everyone else who voted for O-boy cannot tell the difference between an honest man and a political thief.

That would have perfectly described me 4 years ago when I voted for Bush. Now look at this friggen mess we're in! Most unpopular president in history and he deserves the rights to that!

I would say with a lot of conviction that John McCain is a more honest man than Obama. Neither of their running mates struck me as all that honest, but at least Palin looked hot in a dress. I wouldn't want to see Biden in a dress.

Actually, there were many leftists who moved out of the country. After Obama was elected, 60 minutes interviewed several to learn whether they were coming back.

When are ever going to figure out what a Marxist is?

I read Marx (the damned Communist Manifesto)
in my early youth, Plain. It was loathsome.

When I was 8 or 9, with the assistance of friends and nabors,
I built a house in one of the trees in my backyard in Arizona.
I ascended there and inter alia, daydreamed of travel thru time,
going back to the 1800s with a Thompson SMG (200 round drum magazine)
and taking out Karl Marx n Fred Engels; empty out a full magazine into each of them,
before thay caused any trouble. (It did not then occur to me that this might cause a temporal paradox,
resulting in developmental delay of American technology without the wars that resulted from Marx.)

Without lobbyists, democracy woud be impossible.
Lobbyists spy on government and enable the citizenry
(the members of those lobbies) to control government;
otherwise, we 'd have an oligarchy wherein elected representatives do NOT represent;

Why was this post voted down? McCain came home from Vietnam to find that his formerly tall (taller than him!) and beautiful wife had undergone a terrible ordeal. An auto accident left her shattered. To save her legs, the doctors shortened them. McCain had affairs all over the country, including the bleached blonde trollop that he married because she was rich.

That is a well known fact. McCain acknowledges it himself. If you can not accept the truth, you are indeed sad.

In the run up to the election, there was a great deal of talk about the rapture. AMong progressives, the joke was that we wished the rapture would come to take away the people that are ruining America and the planet so that we could clean it up.

The trouble with that scenario is, if such a thing as the rapture were to occur, the left would be taken up.
