Went to the Podiatrist today and got a good report on my foot. So happy about that but I have a long haul with recovery. Take care!

I think I'm just in a depression funk ... It sucks. I can't seem to figure out why, but then again does it ever make sense? I feel like sleeping a lot, not participating in much, the quintessential 'dud spud'! I've been here before. I guess I just didn't expect to be here again. Just call me a giant wet blanket! More problems come for me when I try to make sense out of something that doesn't (make any sense, that is.) Just trying to shake the cobwebs outta my head and get off my arse.
